They did not show up for the site assessment and ended up having to reschedule after we waited all day for their arrival. We have had multiple phone calls asking for the same thing and each time it is promised to be done right away, but never gets done. If I could just cancel the contract at this point I would as I have no faith that it is going to get done right or on time. In follow-up, he has always been readily available to tweak things, like when we changed our wifi network and needed to reconnect to the MyEnlighten system to monitor the amount of electricity being produced. I expect that we will expand our system in the future and add additional features, like a battery pack. Guy & KNS are highly recommended if you are looking to put in solar.
