We purchased our home with KW Solar having already installed panels on the house we bought. We couldn't be more satisfied with the overall experience from our original inquiry about getting to know about solar to our visit from KW Solar rep to walk our property and show us things we didn't even konw about. Every time we've had a question we always get an answer. The panels are doing exactly what they should be doing and we are excited each month when our (negative) energy bill comes. I was a skeptical about getting solar panels and whether or not it really would be a good investment for our family, so I was definitely looking for all the reasons not to get them. After visiting with Justin from KW Solar, and the detailed proposal package it was clear that this was a smart investment for us. I have a solar system with 7 bad microinverters and 1 missing. KW Solar (Dion and his helper) came to replace those bad inverters and found the missing one which they connected for me. Then they updated my information with Enphase and send the bad inverters back to Enphase for me. They are very efficient and conscientious in doing their work. They are very courteous and professional. I highly recommend them for any solar maintenance and installation work. read more

Buy these if you want your property to plummet. We installed a system and now no one wants to buy our house. There are serious health risks for installing solar panels, not to mention the extra cost of running the system. Customer service here leaves much to be desired. read more

I've had my system for about 12 months now. One word can sum up my system, Awesome! I had considered installing solar for a long time, but with the 30% tax credit it just made since to do it now. The people at KW Power came into the picture and made everything so easy. They were knowledgeable, professional, and very price competitive. They gave me their presentation and bid. The I did my job by checking out everything they said and showed me. All the specifications, products to be used, and the references. All checked out great, so the project began. It went exactly how they said. I was very impressed with the crews that did they work. They were hard working, knowledgeable, and meticulous in their work. Again, I was very impressed. No shortage of trained personnel in their organization. It's been a year now and I'm waiting for this months utility bill to arrive so I can compare the first 12 months on solar to the previous year on just the grid. I can tell you it will be a great savings. My system was designed to supply about 3/4 of my electrical consumption. It's at least done that, probably more.
