Portal requests don't receive follow-up calls to confirm they're being addressed. I've been a patient for several years, and this has been an ongoing problem. In the past, the only way I've gotten updates was by repeatedly calling different extensions until someone happened to answer. Otherwise, I wouldn't have known my issue was being worked on. Staff are pleasant in person, but phone responsiveness and follow-through are inefficient. During a recent visit to pick up a sleep machine, the phone rang multiple times at the front desk without being answered while the receptionist remained at her computer. I've raised these concerns with my doctor on two separate occasions and was told management would be notified, but there has been no noticeable improvement.

If you need darkness to sleep, well too bad. Need quiet? Ha! Too bad. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.
