I will be ordering them every Christmas from now on. I've been trying to find this quality of cookie at many twin city bakeries with no luck This is now my go to and new holiday must have!! JH

I was able to tell her what I wanted and then pick it up the morning of the party. The only reason I took one star off was because when I got home, the cake kind of split in the middle and it got ruined. I had it on an upright, even surface when I drove home, but it might not have been stabilized well enough, since it got damaged. Other than that, it tasted great, looked great, and was a hit at the party.

The cake I received on my wedding day was not decorated as nicely as their design picture. It had half the decorations as pictured and what was there was very amateurish. I contacted them regarding the finished result and was told that they use a professional photographer for their design book. This professional photographer makes the cakes much better looking than they are in real life! Can you believe they said that? If they cannot produce the product as advertised and sold to the customer then it should not be available! It has been over a year and NO ONE from the cakery has responded! Terrible service! I was not expecting a refund only an apology and acknowledgement that they messed up.

The artwork came out exactly how we envisioned it, and we were so happy with how the cake looked. They recommended switching to buttercream because it would work better for the artwork, and I was a little hesitant because I normally don't like buttercream. This was honestly the first time I've actually enjoyed it! It wasn't overly thick or heavy, and it had just the right amount of sweetness. Communication throughout the process was great, and everyone was incredibly kind and accommodating. We were even running late for our pickup time after our flight, and they were completely understanding about it. The cake looked amazing, tasted great, and was exactly what we wanted. I'm so glad I found them while planning from out of state, and I would absolutely order from them again! (Please note, the cake was decorated by the bakery, but we added the Chainsaw Man art ourselves, after the fact.)

When I arrived, the door showed completely different hours and was not even open that day. I called the number on the door and told them their online hours and days were incorrect but so far they have not been changed online. The hours on the door are Wed-Sat, noon to 3pm. So today is one of the days the door says they're open. I got here about ten after 12 (it says they open at noon), it's now 12:20 and there's no one here. I called the number on the door and it goes to a voicemail that doesn't even describe say its name so I'm unsure if it's the correct number. As Im in the lot another customer came. She asked me if I knew what was going on. She said her daughter had a wedding cake from here that was wonderful and she had done a tasting with her other daughter. She's been trying to order a wedding cake for her. She said she got ahold of someone once, they told her to come in to order it, and it's now been three weeks and she has tried and no one has responded to her request. I've heard great things about this place and wish I could go in. I'm going to assume that since no one is here now they have not baked any cakes or at least not fresh so it's probably not worth waiting around. I really hope to try this place, the cakes are supposed to be great! But I'm a little irritated that I've now driven here twice from southeast Minneapolis and no one is around.
