I had to remind them to install the guard I paid for, but fine. The gutters match exactly the color of my exterior walls, and Houser Roofing provided good advice. So far, so good. The vent installation went fine, except they had to come back to install the duct correctly (the first installation was a bit of a fire hazard). But fine, they were graceful about it. The big disaster has been fixing a roof leak. The salesman came up with wild theories about the source. all wrong. It cost me thousands of dollars, with zero results. They came several times, and the last time, they said it was a plumbing issue. A plumber came and disagreed. So this leak has cost me a small fortune over 3-4 years. Finally, I called a local roof company. They found the source of the leak in 5 minutes. I don't want to be too harsh here. Roofing is not an exact science. I talked to the owner, and I don't feel he was there to scam me. It's more incompetence than malfaisance. I seem to be the only one with this experience.

This was not an expected expense for another 20 to 30 years. We reached out to many roofing companies about possible repair options, and Bryant (HTX R&R owner) was the only one that came out to actually see if anything could be done. Ultimately, he recommended that a repair option would not suffice, as the damage was throughout the metal roof. We were devastated, concerned about the price of replacing with another metal roof, but Bryant came in with a very competitive quote that was too good to pass up. They also did repairs as they found them, as all roofers should, and they ensure those were top quality. They also replace the gutters, and now our house looks stupendous. Great quality service for a great price, and very professional business practices. We are now planning future projects with HTX R&R because we were so satisfied with this company's work.

Bryant's team were ethical, professional, tidy, timely and comprehensive in their works. The architectural issue we had with rain cascading from our roof as well as the damaged soffits from the same were remedied by Bryant and his team. Bryant's rates and estimates of time were on point; and if something arose that seemed to need repair he first discussed it with you and the ramifications of not fixing it. There was no working without an agreed change order either. You knew from beginning to end the work to be completed and the end state. One might try to compete pricing to get a lower cost but you're only going to get a lower caliber and quality of work. Contact HTX first and put them to work. You'll be happier for doing so. Contact Bryant for the before and after photos of his team's work.

They did give me a quote for repairs but also notice potential hail damage and suggested I have my insurance company do an inspection. When the insurance adjuster came out Legacy had one of their team members come out as well to offer assistance on the inspection. The insurance adjuster agreed that there had been hail damage and I was only going to have to pay my deductible for a brand new roof. Legacy did an excellent job answering all our questions from picking out the type shingles, to scheduling the repairs. Their estimates were in line with other roofing companies, but their service is what stood out to me and my family. Great job you now have a dedicated customer.

He was very informative and upfront with all information about shingle types, installation, scheduling, and options for repair vs. replacement. Two years ago we had a roof repair by Shingle Hut and were very satisfied with the cost and general helpfulness of the project coordinator. He gave us several options at a reasonable price. Fast forward to hurricane Beryl damage 2024... shingles were flying from a new part of the roof! Mark with Shingle Hut came through!! We were quoted double the price by another company who REFUSED to give us a cash price and wanted to ONLY work with insurance to cover the cost. Our Hurricane policy deductible was over $20,000... needless to say I needed an affordable and reasonable cash option. Mark offered us a couple different packages and was great about follow up without being pushy. He followed through with everything he discussed and was responsive on phone calls, text and email. Financing options are offered on their website by 3rd party but even that part was fantastic... very quick and responsive- again with options on loans to fit a variety of budget needs. It's never fun to deal with roof repair and replacement, but Mark made it not scary.

Christian, the owner, came out to provide a quote. He took some measurements and then scheduled a time to come back and deliver his proposal. This allowed him time to compile all of the data and figures to ensure that the quote given is the final price without any hidden expenses. They have several products the offer and will provide detailed quotes and a plethora of information about everything they sell. 2 - Production. Once we decided on the product package we wanted, which was the Diamond Package (thank God for financing). Christian had a crew swarm on our house the very next day. The worked so hard and got 99% of the job done on the first day. The next morning they were back out to finish the last minute touches. The owner was onsite for most of the project, checking in that I was happy with the work and always asking if I had any questions or concerns. 3 - Service. I can't rave enough about Christian. So rare is it to find someone that is polite, kind, funny, honest, and just an overall good person. Christian is good people. Plain and simple. I honestly feel like he treated us like he would want to be treated and I have a great amount of respect for his customer service, dedication to his craft, and earning the respect of those around him. I am confident that if I should have any issues in the near future with this new amazing looking roof, that he would be back out in a hot second to take care of me. Great Product. Great Company. Since it was difficult to deal with the insurance company, let alone it would take them awhile to approve it, we decided to pay out of pocket since there were more storms in the forecast.
