I once again noticed the South side sinking, I called and they said it would be a month before they could come out. On 5 May 2026 a guy comes out (They didn't say the repair people would not be here) he fumbles around and tells me exactly what I told them over a month ago was wrong. So I start calling, first they will call me back, 2 days later no call, I call again, 2 days later no response, I call this morning Friday 5/8/2026 and now they tell me I have to talk to the warranty people, (ABOUT WHAT) The guy said they would call me back. no call yet!
