I have paid all of the equipment cost as per contract, and as of today, 6/13/2026 I still have no elevator in my house. Current ops manager/owner Christopher Thomas doesn't pick up/return my calls. None of the number in their website works. There is no way to communicate with this company, and they have taken 90% of money to install the elevator haven't provided the services even 7 months after their installation date. Be careful of this company, not sure with how many customers they are treating like this?

They did an excellent job, and the team was professional. Afterward, we noticed some plumbing issues. Allied was able to send a team to fix that as well (additional charge), and they did a great job. Unfortunately, rain interrupted the work, and the crew had to leave early. The next day, Raymond and his teammate came back and completed the repairs. They were very professional and efficient.
