I have paid all of the equipment cost as per contract, and as of today, 6/13/2026 I still have no elevator in my house. Current ops manager/owner Christopher Thomas doesn't pick up/return my calls. None of the number in their website works. There is no way to communicate with this company, and they have taken 90% of money to install the elevator haven't provided the services even 7 months after their installation date. Be careful of this company, not sure with how many customers they are treating like this?

However, I am truly disappointed, that after years of maintaining a Service Agreement with Residential Elevator, I am informed they have discontinued renewing their Service Agreements. With an older elevator, I am now faced with higher service and parts cost whenever i need service. Again, I do not have an issue with their product or service technicians. I DO HAVE AN ISSUE, THAT AFTER PURCHASING THEIR PRODUCT, THEY CHANGE THE RULES AFTER MY EQUIPMENT IS AGED AND I AM FORCED TO ASSUME HIGHER ANTICIPATED COST TO MAINTAIN. Since the units were not broken into to our knowledge, it must have been people who worked there that helped themselves to our belongings. Avoid this place at all costs.
