I WAS CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $550 for more holes in ceiling so they could reach all areas??? Breach of contract as they missed 2 full rooms and half of 1 room. Small home 69 years old. Total amount $5850. I am a Disabled veteran and I was taken advantage of. I asked for my money back. Owner refused. Owner offered to come back and redo and clean. Due to CO exposure and unethical practices, and lies about repairs promised..I told him the trust issue was gone (and now I am terrified of CO poisoning and generators)! Get everything this man tells you in writing My ceiling looks like crap in every room they worked in and it took me over 3 hrs to clean...even wash curtains and deep clean steam clean carpets and furniture. Owner was provided all info including Fire Dept report, Emergency Room report, lab work showing ABNORMAL levels of CO levels in blood as well as videos showing workers did not use vacuum in crawl space/attic areas. He will not refund my money and has not responded since asking for "proof". They left my house a disastrous toxic mess. Would you let your family and children spend the night in my house after seeing videos? Filed a report with BBB and will file with Attorney Generals Office.

I new the old insulation had probably years of rat dropping and roach droppings. Due to previous owner neglecting the roof gaps around the house. Sonny very professional he came and gave me a very Reasonable estimate for vacuuming old insulation out,sanitizing the entire attic, sealing all my air gaps and blow in new insulation. his team came on time worked on my house for about 7 hrs. I also had them install a solar powered attic fan and the roofer took about an hour and it was done. they were very neat and professional. My house smells like a new house and the temperature inside my home feels very very comfortable. I recommend them to anyone with these problems I've had. It is a great investment. To my avail , I was able to purchase the radiant barrier aka foil at 1/4 the cost on Amazon,,eBay or direct from supplier. No contractors license needed. Getting the labor thru local union or labor pool is last step. Do it yourselfers can handle this.. I did.. I recommend doing this before you build a new home! Precision Windows replaced 8 windows on our home in 2018. Certain ones of their windows leaked,…read moredamaging interior sheet rock. They tried recaulking certain ones, but the leaking continues. Hired another contractor to repair the windows, and they have found the original windows were installed improperly, without any moisture barriers to keep rain from getting into the wood around them. Wood replacement is underway. We have reached out to Precision Windows, but I'm not confident that they would properly seal the windows. They haven't done anything to make this right. Let the buyer beware!

Quality, obvious, the doors are not cheap, but adequately priced. These guys send someone out to survey where you want the door, double measure to ensure right size.
