Precision Windows replaced 8 windows on our home in 2018. Certain ones of their windows leaked,…read moredamaging interior sheet rock. They tried recaulking certain ones, but the leaking continues. Hired another contractor to repair the windows, and they have found the original windows were installed improperly, without any moisture barriers to keep rain from getting into the wood around them. Wood replacement is underway. We have reached out to Precision Windows, but I'm not confident that they would properly seal the windows. They haven't done anything to make this right. He was able to schedule our installation for the same week and his crew arrived on time and went to work. They were finished by that afternoon. We couldn't be happier with this product. Our attic is no longer an oven and is always cooler than our garage. It was immediately obvious that the AC wasn't working as hard, and we've noticed a definite decrease in our electric bill. We did have some scheduling hiccups that were unavoidable but were communicated very quickly and professionally. The workers showed up when they were supposed to. They were professional, quick, quite and did a fabulous job. Our attic went from a 117 degree reading down to a 85 degree reading. Both readings were done on 80 degree days.
