I knew I needed to see a doctor so I agreed and proceeded to. Complete the intake paperwork which is when I was called back by the ER Nurse Brent. He was also great and explained everything while answering ALL of my questions. I then had the pleasure of being seen by Dr. Coppola who was very understanding, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood what was going on. While I may have only been for a simple dog bite analysis and check up, I felt like every person had MY best interests in mind. I received a brief treatment as well as prescription and explanation of next steps; however, I felt very confident and informed when leaving. I think everyone did a great job! The place had an immaculate waiting room and I received expedited treatment and services which was a pleasant surprise that left me with a feeling of having a great overall experience! I would definitely recommend this location and all of the staff I had interactions with, as they were very informative and were happy to answer any questions I had (a lot). I will be visiting this location in the future if and when the need arises! Thank you for the excellent experience and service!

Even while changing in the dressing room... it was worthwhile to take a minute and read the encouraging notes posted in there, especially when feeling so vulnerable as you're about to get a mammogram. But what I appreciated the most, was my technician's calm and professional demeanor - Peyton also has an approachable personality that helped put me at ease, and her cues on what to expect next are top notch. Thank you to everyone here at Solis for all you do!

The Doctor's listened. They explained everything. They got me healthier than I've ever been since I first got this darn fibroid. Based on my recent surgery last week: My surgeon and the anesthesiologist were absolutely…read morefantastic, all the nurses were fantastic, but there were a few inconsistencies. The discharge paperwork said to eat whatever I wanted, but the surgeon gave me specific guidance, a handout, on a full liquid diet until my post-op appointment in 3 weeks. I am following her guidance, of course, but the discharge paperwork should say something like: follow your doctor's specific instructions. Also, I did not receive a call checking in on my status after I was discharged. I did follow up with my surgeon's office via MyChart with questions and eventually received a call from her nurse helping me with some minor post op issues, but 5 days after my surgery. In the past, I thought someone from either the doctor's office or the hospital itself called to check on the patient within a day or two (from our prior experience with Texas Health Frisco). Also, my husband stayed with me in the room overnight and I had to ask the nurses for him to be provided pillows and blankets, that would have been nice if the nurses attending me would have asked If he needed anything or even allow a caretaker meal. When I stayed at Baylor McKinney to deliver our youngest daughter over a decade ago, they allowed my husband to have a meal or two per each 24 hours of my stay at the hospital. Since I was on a full liquid diet post op, I wasn't having much or anything and I don't think It would have cost a lot to allow the 1 family member staying to take care of me be more comfortable. I understand these are super minor issues, but I would say that would bring my review up to a 5. Overall, the hospital is very clean, bright, welcoming, all the doctors, nurses, and staff were very helpful, attentive and patient, and I would absolutely recommend your hospital to anyone.

Not only in pre op but also in post op as well. Everyone was kind and respectful. They answered any questions that I may have had. They all took great care of me while I was there. I arrived at 6:30am and left around 3:30pm so I did come into contact with many staff. I couldn't have asked for better staff and it was such a relief for me regarding my surgery and care. I hope not to come back only because that would mean I am ill again. But if I do I know that I'll be taken care of!

I went in to the ER for a severe allergic reaction. The man that came in (Steven) did not introduce…read morehimself and asked why I was there. I started to explain and he cuts me off saying " just need a summary, not the whole story". It turns out "Steven" was the nurse but never stated that. They put in the IV, took my blood and then the doctor came in. I was told by a provider via the BSW app to go to the ER, she said it was a condition that was serious. The ER doctor said it was just an allergic reaction and nothing too serious. They gave me morphine to keep me comfortable. The doctor said that I could be discharged because the medicine and fluids made my appearance better. I was in the process of being discharged while my family was on their way back from getting something to eat. I told them that they would be back. The doctor ordered another dose of morphine to keep me comfortable for the car ride home. Steven gives me my morphine in the IV and leaves. He comes back a few mins later to throw my discharge papers on the table, takes out the IV and walks out. He then comes back 1 minute later and asks why I was still there. He said that they needed the room. The ER waiting room was empty. There was empty ER rooms next to me and down the hall. He had just given me a strong dose of morphine and he basically pushed me out the door. I asked to speak to a director or supervisor. I spoke with "Phillip". I told him everything that happened and he said that Steven is known for his direct and blunt personality. Within 24 hours of my discharge, I went right back to the ER and was admitted for 3 days. Because of my experience at this hospital, I went to a different one and I will never go back.

When we…read morearrived for the the MRI with Envision, no one called for authorization, and was forced to pay self pay rates up front to keep the appointment. We are on a tight timeframe as the surgeon is only available 1 day weekly. Staff was not accommodating and did not have answers to why authorization was not followed up on. In addition, they told me that the results would be read immediately for a follow up surgeon appointment 48 hours later, but proceeded to tell my adolescent daughter that it would take 4 days. As a result, she missed valuable practice time and had to wait an additional 9 days to see the surgeon. 1 week after: I had to call, again, 7 days post MRI to get follow up & the final reading. They were not sent or even initiated to be sent.
