The wait time in line is ridiculous number one even in the week days during the day. Second of all the employees seem beaten down tired and cranky. Not so much a place that I enjoy visiting or coming to. But in fact it is something that I need to do and have to do is to mail boxes and priority mail. So it serves as a function in the neighborhood yes' but not exactly, fun place to be. So UPS has gone downhill quite a bit the floors are dirty, Not that I'm complaining it's just factual I'm very observant on my surroundings. I noticed a lot of people bringing in these strange looking packages some very heavy some oblong some very strange sizes. But what do you expect at UPS?? Yes I am very grateful to have a, UPS close to me. Until next UPS visit!

Completely genius. They have a self scanning area, which is so helpful. All my packages have labels on them, all I need to do is scan each one. They were so helpful giving me a flat bed dolly to put my packages on, instead of their large cart on wheels. Which saved my back from bending over to place them inside. Took me just a few minutes to scan everything, and I got my receipt too. Saved me so much time. Fantastic if you have a few packages, or many packages. Having labels on them is great

LOW-TECH FAILURE! In a high tech world of biometrics…read moreand cashless transactions, I was catapulted back in time to print a return label for my UPS drop off and return for an Amazon product. I was forced to "rent" computer time, log in to an email account, and then, pay to print the label. I could have stepped next door to Summer Moon Coffee and purchased a coffee faster and easier than printing the required label. While the staff was helpful, they could only smile as we time-traveled back to 2012, the same year that Facebook went public with its IPO, and cloud services like Dropbox and iCloud began to emerge, and 3D printing went mainstream. In the world of high tech, 13 years is a quantum leap into the digital dark ages. United Parcel Service, a Fortune 500 company and one of the world's largest shipping couriers, was founded in 1907 and originally specialized in "telegraphs." What's a "telegraph?" Ahh, this must be what an antiquated, archaic system of technology such as a "telegraph" resembles, as I rented a computer, logged into my email and printed a label at the UPS Store located at 15511 State Hwy 71, Ste 110, Bee Cave, TX 78738. Thank goodness, they didn't expect me to pay with quarters!

This Yelp review is one where words do no justice for this young queen. I called her to get a will…read morenotarized, and after she did the job, she stayed for hours helping me with a very personal matter in bringing my mom care for her cancer. She refused to take no for an answer and showed us a care that saved our mom's life with S4 cancer. Pros: - Gets the job done - Fully mobile - Cares about her work - Empathetic/compassionate - Priced to market - Quick responses Side Notes: - Schedule a time - Be specific on what you need - Accepts Venmo - Print single-sided for wills What We Got Done: - 2 printed wills notarized - 2 cover letters for will Summary Notary Work: this was simple; we got it done, signed, and answered all the needed questions. Be sure to get any will that requires notarization printed on one side (not double-sided). Compassion/Empathy/Kindness: This is the highlight. She showed up in ways that instilled that this world is actually good. We finished the will in less than 5 minutes, and she could have quickly gone to the next appointment. What she did next made us feel that angels exist. Having fought her colon cancer battle, she pulled out her phone and told us to go to MD Anderson. She started to share names, phone numbers, and resources, but the greatest act of love a human can do for another at this moment was to advocate for us. We were giving up. She started to call and would not leave until we had a plan. We had the resources we needed two hours later, but an agenda that my brother and I executed two days later. Fast-forward two weeks since that day, our mother is fighting S4 cancer, and her energy is where it was when she first started to fight years ago. Her appetite, energy, and most importantly, her will to live, not just to fight, was back. I highly and FULLY recommend Jackquealyne for any notary work. She's a person who cares, and we should uplift local business that makes our community stronger. (No photos as documents and more are private)
