I have hired Shed N More for three projects now over the course of five years - starting with a…read moreshed, then a large addition (two rooms and a covered screen patio) and finally, replacing siding on another property. The team (Carl, William, Artie, Julio and the team...) have been overall very helpful - responsive, attentive, reasonable, and flexible...and the projects have all turned out very nice! Carl is the numbers guy, William is the PM/building guy and together they make a good team. We had to work through a lot of details especially with the addition (permitting, pouring foundation, etc.) and the team was helpful and patient throughout. When we encountered some challenging issues with the siding project (demo from the siding caused minor interior damage and an exterior hose spigot was accidentally cut), the team resolved the issues appropriately. The workers try to be careful but unexpected things happen and the team/William were quick to fix things! I highly recommend this company to use for projects like custom sheds but also larger projects like patios, additions and even exterior projects like siding!

They listened to us throughout the project. Mid-project we realized one of the posts holding up the porch was full of carpenter ants. William and team quickly took out the post and replaced it with a new one. At the very last minute we asked for a sliding screen door and that showed up the next day for the final install. The team wants to please the customer and go out of the way to accomplish this. They asked us if they should rebuild our stairway to make longer treads so our cat could more easily access our porch! And he loves his stairway. And we couldn't be happier. We are planning a neighborhood party in October to show off our new porch.

I had the BEST experience with Luis and the team at Austin Granite Direct. My god I don't even know…read morewhere to begin. I'm a first time home buyer and the counters in my townhome where SHOT. So I started out at home depot and fell in love with a granite sample there and got a quote at the help desk. The experience was less than stellar so I called around a few shops. Austin Granite Direct informed me that they had the same slab at pretty much the same price, but a centimeter thicker than HD! They came out, measured, and had a quote before HD even REACHED out to schedule the measure. I went to the show room to confirm the slab I wanted and they had my scheduled for install a week later. Luis came and did a final measure, took my sink and off he went. A week after the install I think one of my other contractors made a huge scratch on the counter top. Not knowing what to do or how to fix it, I called AGD for advice. They sent Luis out the next day to assess and he actually removed to scratch for me at no cost! When I'm ready to renovate the bathrooms I know who my first call will be to!

Becky was always 100% helpful and responsive, and Alfredo did an excellent job leading the contractor team. We had some issues come up here and there, but they were all resolved promptly. Only negative was communication. At times it was difficult, but I was always eventually able to get what I needed. There was also an issue where my weep holes were mortared over. Again, the team was helpful but it could have been fixed with better communication. Overall, their price was cheaper than anyone else, and they delivered on every promise. Would do business with them again.

We went to their warehouse and selected 2 different materials; 1 granite and 1 quartz. They had a really nice selection to choose from. We were both pleasantly suprised with the estimate for both. Synergy scheduled the onsite measuring within a few days and had our tops ready to install within a week from the measure. Every time I've been here the staff has been nothing short of excellent to me - patient with every one of my questions and more than willing to point me in the right direction. Personally, I don't think you'll miss the floor space - the selection seemed to be excellent. I also popped by the Parmer location and it was far busier, so perhaps the scale of this one serves to keep it more chill (appreciated). I snagged some beautiful limestone tile that I'm so excited about. The manager was super kind to cut me a discount as it was on clearance, which went a long way to keeping my project in budget.
