I always try to schedule an appointment to go to this location as it is close to me but they always seem to be closed during the hours they are supposedly open. I have to always make appointments to the Sawdust road location, I don't have a car and a rideshare always costs around $30 to take my dogs here and around another $30 to get back home. read more

I'm back with my second cat today and I just have to say I REALLY LOVE Dr. Fosburgh! She is the best!!!! I'm not always fond of the service over the phone or upon arrival. I get it, they're busy but I do wish they had a little better customer care. Dr. Fosburgh gets it. She is so kind hearted and makes sure she exhausts every option for your pet. She knows how to care for them and my other cat, Fe loves to hiss but doesn't hiss at her. She is so gentle! I am literally here for her! She makes my day! Well happy to find out that they only moved locations - thought it was another great place that had been lost to the pandemic. When I first got my amazing furry roomate the first thing the vet told me was to bring her here since she had not been fixed. The people working there love animals and it made her visit with them all the more easy to deal with. If you are in need of their services this is definitely the place to go. I have been here twice and the service is great. some people are surprised by their process: even though you might have an appointment for 11 or 3 pm EVERYONE drops off between 7-8am and EVERYONE picks up between 5-6pm. but they take really good care of the animals and the customer service from the front desk people is AMAZING. I just brought a stray to be spayed on 12/10 and there was a new vet in this day and they were not used to the volume of surgeries done at this clinic so the pick up time fell behind schedule and I ended up waiting 2 hours (which the lady at the front desk said this has NEVER happened before in the almost year she has worked her so do not be discouraged by this), BUT I am not complaining about this. to me this means the vet still took their time and did not rush through it despite knowing they were falling behind schedule. And I wish I got the front desk ladies name but she did a WONDERFUL job of keeping everyone updated on their pet, she brought out cookies for everyone waiting. The vet tech brought some cats out and he was very kind and answered all questions thoroughly. I will take any future pets here for spay/neuter. they are amazing! read more

I don't like how there isn't a direct phone number to this location and that they didn't contact me when my cat was ready to be picked up. When I finally got there right before closing time, my cat was in the main lobby in her carrier -- how long had she been sitting out there?! She did not receive a cone to prevent licking, but maybe not all places do that. I'm happy she came out alive (do not go to Banfield at Petsmart) though :) read more

I brought my cat here to get neutered and they almost killed him. Brought him back because my cat was having problems peeing. That said its normal gave me antibiotics and sent me on my way. The next day my cat was a noodle!!! The only thing he could move was his eyes and tail. I took the day off to take him to a real vet! Now I have pay 2000 for blood with and a mf catheter for my baby! Save ur babies and go else where. I thought he was gonna die Monday. Thanks to my common sense he didn't. I hate this place read more
