Richard did a fantastic job on my favorite guitar (Telecaster). Easy communication and a quick turnaround as well. Notes were starting to fret out and I was getting a ton of buzz, so I sent it to Richard and he took care of it all. It's so much easier and more fun to play now that everything is back in spec. Before you buy a new guitar let Richard set your old one up. A new guitar probably won't make you play any better, but a great setup will! read more
