Ray was the service tech and from what I could see he uncovered a lot of problems. He Came behind…read moreAmos Electric, who did a terrible job fixing my Generic. In fact, the guy from Amos Electric ( Carlos) actually made things worse. Parts are missing as well as bolts. Then when Ray tried to start the generator, he discover the motor was bad because Carlos tightened the bolts to tight. If I did not have a warranty, I would sue Amos, I told them Carlos had no idea what he was doing, I even told the Generic people he was lost. It took Generic 2.5 months to decide that because I have a warranty, Carlos should fix the Generator. Well he fixed it all right. Ray explained everything to our understanding,, we are happy to have found him and his company. Hopefully Generic will take Ray's word for the problems and get the replacement parts to us soon.
