Our tiles started tenting or popping a couple months ago and once they started to break I knew it was time to start getting estimates. We also needed someone to mow the lawn just once a month and we were not able to find many Landscaping businesses who were willing to do that but Max said they could and their first mow of our house exceeded our expectations. The lawn technician even cut some extra branches that were growing into the fence. The tile project was done in one day Miguel was so polite and professional. He did an amazing job from beginning to end. We are incredibly happy with the tile project that they've completed. I highly recommend keeping this business in mind for any construction projects. Unfortunately, communication on when the next mowing would be was not as good and we decided to go with a different company for our monthly lawn mowing. I wanted to know consistently when they would come monthly and it did not seem like that was going to happen after several texts and a voicemail went unanswered.

They were installed over the original plywood panels (using it as the substrate), which eliminated most of the potential demo (and the mess of demo!), and gave us a faster completion time. The crew took the right amount of time to do it right - I really appreciate this kind of professionalism. The crew showed clear knowledge and experience for properly installing Hardie products, which is key to a quality finish and long-term resilience. The entire crew had wonderful attitudes about the work and were easy to talk to when something needed to be discussed. The project manager supported the crew well, was very fast to respond when they needed additional materials. He checked in with me and the crew regularly, and pitched in to help when needed. We had some areas that presented challenges to the siding crew especially the walls behind our HVAC and city utilities equipment -- the crew did an amazing job installing around these items and still making the siding look great. All of the siding and trim work look really great and give our home a fresh new look.

My wife and I decided to have our 1980s bathroom updated and have it more senior friendly, and from…read morerecommendations from a neighborhood facebook group we found Todd. Todd is the owner and president of the company and he came by to look at our bathroom and hear about what we envisioned for the remodel. Todd showed up on time for our consult, and was very friendly and knowledgeable, we discussed price and materials and came to an agreement on what we needed our budget to be. Todd wrote up a quote and contract, we reviewed and signed it, and agreed on a start time for the project. We met Todd at a material store and picked out all the tile and discussed fixtures. Todd has a cabinet maker that works with him and this worked out because we had a custom vanity in mind. The representative from the cabinet maker came by and got all the dimensions and finish choices that we requested. This remodel was going to be down to the studs, replace the tub with a walk in shower, plus a modification on two existing walls, and the installation of a door between the bedroom and bathroom, so it was a major project, but Todd assured us they were up to the task. Todd's and his crew showed up on the day we agreed on and after introductions, they got to work. Todd estimated 2-3 weeks, and they finished exactly at three weeks. Because of the new wall in between the bedroom and the bath, the bedroom walls were painted completely so everything matched. We also had custom shelves in our bedroom that had to be taken down while they painted, and they reinstalled them when they finished. Mario, the lead craftsman on the project was amazing, he truly a master craftsman who can do it all, carpentry, tile work, plumbing and electrical, and his helpers, Noe and Steven were very good also. The vanity top was custom cut by one of Todd's vendors and he did an exceptional job. Overall we love our bathroom, it is exactly how we envisioned it, and would recommend Stiefvater Construction highly. Todd went above and beyond managing the project and was very open to us picking out all the tile styles and paint colors. He checked in on a daily basis to see how everything was proceeding, and always kept us updated. If you have a construction project we would highly recommend you giving Todd a call, we are sure he could help you achieve your vision.
