I was met with defensiveness stating I am asking many questions and customers usually don't ask that many. Then started debating with me saying do I question my doctor? After this interaction, I was shocked. I told him I will no longer be moving forward, he then disconnected the call. As the business owner this is how he conducted himself. The facility itself may be fine, but in my experience, I felt argued with and not respected as a potential client because I asked questions. Glad I found out the culture here before signing up.

Apparently due to some sort of miscommunication, something went awry with my cancellation and it was either not received, not processed, or both. A YEAR AND A HALF AFTER THE FACT - in October 2025, I receive communication from a debt collector saying that I owe almost $1300 in back charges. This gym NEVER, NOT ONCE sent me any communication informing me that there was an issue with my account. I was not provided any notice whatsoever that there was a problem - no bill, no phone call, no text, no mail. Instead they just kept accruing charges FOR A YEAR AND A HALF without my knowledge and hit me with a $1300 collections bill. I was never given an opportunity to correct this beforehand, before it got out of hand. This is NOT the way a reputable business conducts themselves.

Lots of taping over cushion cracks instead of replacing etc. And fitness equipment is definitely aging. My biggest frustration and cause for me to cancel my membership was over the most ridiculous business practice. I set up my payments with auto pay from a credit card. About a year into my membership the credit card expired and I forgot to update my card. ONE DAY after the due date I get a harassing collection call. A simple text message or email asking me to update my card would do just fine. Then I see a $25 "processing fee" on my credit card after I updated it. AC (the owner) replied that he's not charging me, but it's the billing company he outsources to and they charge when an account goes to collections. Sorry bud, but you picked them and they represent your name and reputation. Needing to update a credit card within a few days of due date isn't something that should "go to collections" in the first place. The fact they're willing to let a member leave over something so trivial and typical is beyond me. Recurring revenue on monthly auto pay is the life-blood of many businesses. There are plenty of payment solutions in the market that would make life easier on your customers.

Jerome was the instructor (and the owner here), and is very patient with new people and just correcting form in general. People tend to lose their form when they get tired (myself def included), and he was there mainly at the bags helping my friends and I out and making sure we weren't approaching it in a poor fashion. I believe most of the people here are regulars, so its got a pretty "familial" feel. My one note is about the cleanliness- the gloves stink! I'd bring my own and get past that though. You can get a better deal if you buy packages at the Jym directly instead of online, so call ahead!

I decided to check it out because I was looking for a more intense workout, on top of the swim classes already take. I signed up for a one-day free class, and I was absolutely hooked! This is a full body workout and you will get a really, REALLY, good sweat. If you decide to continue beyond the one day free trial, there is a 30 day intro option which is about $39. If you decide to do it continuously it's about $60 a month. Yes, you heard me right! You get a quality work out AND it's affordable. I've tried doing title boxing and I love kickboxing, but their prices are insanely high for the average spender. Once you're signed up classes are unlimited, and you can pretty much come anytime during the week when they're open. Jerome is the instructor/owner and he's really good about helping you get going. DON'T feel intimidated. There are people of all levels in the classes, the most important thing is to keep moving and to keep hitting the bag. If you can't do a certain exercise you can always alternate it for something else. I like it because it's not all boxing, but other exercises incorporated into it as well. I definitely recommend you give this a try. If you don't feel the class is for you, then don't worry. There will be no one trying to harass you into buying something you don't want. I plan to continue on a monthly basis. :)

This is a class only gym but my favorite thing is that it's times based, so every exercise is times instead of being based on repetition. Honestly this is my favorite thing because it allows everybody to go at their own pace and you don't feel like you are not as good as your neighbor because you couldn't get as many reps as they did. Honestly, you are so focused on your workout, no one is really paying attention to what the other person is doing. I'm very glad we were able to join F45!
