Victor came over knowing we were expecting more storms and tarped our roof to give us peace of mind and we had not even agreed to terms. Victor came out when the adjuster inspected the damage and pointed out places that would have been overlooked and got our shed roof and patio replaced as well. We needed gutters and got an upgrade to the aluminum seamless in gray which looks wonderful with the charcoal shingles we picked but Victor suggested! Everyone was professional and even after finding issues beyond anyone's control, they were done with everything in 2 days. The issue was 3 layers of felt which should have been cleaned off 2 roofs ago. Victor took care of that as well with the adjuster. We have not had to worry about anything! I just cannot say enough nice, wonderiffic things about Victor and the outstanding job they did, not only on the roof and gutters but his guys spent 1.5 hours running the magnets around the house to get all the nails and debris cleaned up! I'm usually pretty excited to support new companies I discover on Yelp, especially when Yelp…read morerecommends them. Unfortunately, my experience with Ember Roofing has turned into something I never expected. I paid Ember Roofing in full, believing that meant my roofing project--and my financial obligations--were finished. Imagine my surprise when I later received a written demand for payment and notice of a potential mechanic's lien from Zarat Roofing, the company that says it performed the roofing labor on my home. According to the letter I received, Zarat Roofing claims it is still owed $3,615 for labor, despite the fact that I had already paid Ember Roofing in full. What makes this especially frustrating is that this is a dispute I should never have been placed in the middle of as a customer who paid his bill. I contacted the owners of Ember Roofing using the information provided in the letter. Initially, one of the owners seemed open, receptive, and willing to get the situation resolved, which gave me some reassurance. Unfortunately, after subsequent attempts to reach him by both phone and text, I have not received a response. I don't take leaving a review like this lightly. When you hire a roofing company, you're trusting them with your home and a significant amount of money. After paying your contractor in full, the last thing any homeowner expects is to receive a letter warning about unpaid roofing labor and a potential lien against their property. I'm sharing this because homeowners deserve to know what happened in my experience. I paid Ember Roofing in full, yet I subsequently received a written notice stating that $3,615 in roofing labor remained unpaid and warning of a potential mechanic's lien against my property. As a homeowner who fulfilled my payment obligation to the contractor I hired, receiving a letter like this was extremely concerning. At this point, I simply want the matter resolved and confirmation that there are no outstanding claims involving my home.

Jeremy Belyeu managed the project from start to finish and kept me well informed throughout the process. Jeremy inspected the roof, met with the insurance adjuster, and was on site most of the time while the roof was being replaced to support the crew and answer my questions. The roofing crew completed the job of tearing off the old roof and finishing the new roof in one day, and did a very professional job...my roof looks great! I was very impressed by the way the crew covered my landscape and yard, and how thoroughly they cleaned up after the project...a crew member even came by the morning after and carefully inspected my yard again to make sure all nails and scraps were removed. This is the only roofing contractor I've seen who provided a porta-john for their crew...my neighbors and I were impressed! I thank Jeremy Belyeu and Billy Harris Roofing for doing such a professional job. I highly recommend Billy Harris Roofing.
