I told her I could hear all of the laughing in the background and she told me that she was in the office (which unbeknownst to her I was standing in front of). They have multiple locations, including inside and outside of the terminals. When I called for Euros, it was like ~10 cents more compared to outside currency rates and ~15 cents more compared to market rate. Furthermore, there's an exchange fee which makes the exchange overall expensive but convenient if you didn't have time to do it prior to departure.
