Fast foward 2 years later I think its time for an upgrade so I take my car to get evaluated at a different dealership and they tell me the car is basically worth nothing because its a salvage title. I go back to this dealership (auto selection) where I bought the car to tell the owner about the situation and he blamed me and said when he sold it to me the car was clean title and maybe I had gotten into an accident. The receptionist Anna heard this and she checked my car and she verified the car was a salvage title before I bought it. The owner said there was nothing he can do about it, I am not looking to make money off the car even though I have added a few upgrades (performance and exterior) I just wanted to atleast break even since the car is not worth 1/3 of what I bought it for. It seems pretty efficient for 2 tellers at 4 stations, one being lowered for customers in wheelchairs. I was quickly served as soon as I walked in. My teller had a worrying look on her face. I thought something was wrong with my account. Maybe she was busy and still thinking about the last customer she helped. I noticed the line for ATM was longer than inside the branch. The customers were much younger than at VA Medical Center where both locations veterans visit. I can't say if I would return because they made sure all customers use online banking all the time. If I didn't read the first reviewer said that this branch opened in 2017, I would have paid attention to this part of the mall. Because I normally go to JCPenney and H-E-B on the other side.

She still talked with them and they told her they could not help. She called her supervisor and asked for help. We had to go home and try to reinstall our account.
