Afterward, the dealership repeatedly contacted me about paperwork issues. The vehicle was later taken, and I have not received a clear written explanation. I also have concerns about multiple credit inquiries made after I signed my paperwork. Losing my vehicle has disrupted my ability to take my children to school and attend school myself. I am seeking answers and a fair resolution. Terrible buying experience. My friend purchased a vehicle that was supposedly "good to go" codes came on the car not 3 days after she had it and would not allow it to shift. We sent it back to them to get it fixed and all they did was clear the codes. Those same codes reappeared after putting gas in the car hours later. When calling to communicate and ask for help with issues, they became upset because said Friend put 500 miles on the car in the 3 days she had it and proclaimed that she was causing the issue. Went to other places to get it looked at because they started avoiding her calls. Turns out the transmission needed replacement! She paid 3k down and is now paying another 3k out of pocket to get everything fixed with the vehicle! terrible honestly speaking and I never leave reviews !!!! but first and foremost I can say they do have some catching vehicles, but on the other hand when it comes down to the servicing or anything like that if you notice everything or mostly everything says as is even if they say as is, does not mean you should be getting a car that you cannot drive off the lot so my kept our car for almost a month and then we literally got the car back on August 31 and then literally September 1. It's and now I gotta sit on the side of the roof for two hours in the middle of a freeway. Do you know how much safety hazard that is? We're gonna get it so one can drive out the can drive it off the lot but they're like OK. We're gonna whatever needs to be fixed first it was the battery then two days they call oh now it's the alternator then couple days later they call back and say oh the camshaft position sensor interns that takes it a month to be ready then like I said they call they said it'll be ready. We pick it up. Literally the next day. It's jerking. It's corrosion on the motor. Why is corrosion on the motor? If you just fixed it it should be no corrosion. Anywhere corrosion only comes from acid. They will not be getting our money ever again and if you plan on going here, I will be aware make sure you do your in and out and make sure you take a actual mechanic because that's one big thing they do not have a actual mechanic their mechanic should be working in a nail shop. I did my homework with them telling them I had 1200 down they tell me it can be done. I tell them all.up front my income and credit score. Then they sit me down to tell me to 2400, then thye tell me come in following week with something for me to get into. I was a mechanic for this place from 10/7/24 & was fired 11/6/24. The other mechanic Jose Z...quit the second day I started, leaving more than a handful of vehicles disassembled & were checked off as done, they were not. The amount of cars coming back & being paid flat rate was a major conversation that AL ,the one that hired me, decided to go on vacation. 23 years as a technician Iv delt with more problems with vehicles but got the jobs done...& paid for my services. Tim & Al promised me $28 hr, written in the application sheets with the W.2 form. This has been the most unprofessional & unproductive place Iv ever worked for. I was told I get paid weekly & then told biweekly. The amount of lies upon lies is beyond me. I simply wanted clarity & a team. Suddenly when I finished the 2014 pearl white Cadillac cts-v I was terminated. 3 weeks without payment.... Multitasking to help the customers coming back, left me a bit overwhelmed. Tim at one point was at small claims court because a customers car went on fire according to him. He laughed about it as I was upside down changing both actuator blender motors on the passenger side of the Caddy. I worked over 100 hrs & when I asked for my pay, which was suppose to be direct deposit, Tim said I owed him money....? The day prior I spoke to Al & returned tools that were needed for a burgundy ford F150 with 3.5L eco boost. I simply needed one torx socket, not 3 packages of Allen impact sockets & 2 torx sets. Regardless they disrespected me, disrespected customers & both tried to get a rise out of me & I am not your average person. The professional manner in which, is simply...being a gentleman I verbally defended my self & had one of the salespeople laugh. The improvement I recommend is, do not lie to customers & the technician that was giving 150% to see the customer genuinely content over my honesty & quality of work. I am an honest man, but this place..especially Tim...should grow up & take accountability. I would leave negative stars, but I still try to be positive, I treat others the way I want to be treated. We had repos (Not from missed payments, but because our previous car needed more repairs than the vehicles value alone) and needed a 2nd vehicle. Mike was able to get us a deal on a newer car and make sure business was legit. I'd come back here for every car if I could. An in house mechanic shop with in house financing. Update: jk we got lemoned again. Their cars have no records of course, but the cars aren't properly inspected I could've honestly lost my life because of them. The mechanic shop they claim to have is extremely unprofessional. When purchasing the car it had a messed up part they were supposed to call us when they got the piece and fix it up. Never did. It was also supposed to be on the house. The piece being the right strutter we had no idea how much damage that could do to the car. They should've fixed it before we even drove it. Now the power steering is out and they want more money to fix it OR MORE TO TRADE the law definitely will be involved with their reviews they have from previous workers I will be reaching out to sue. You coming and called me at 1:26AM I reached out to Tim on Friday via FB and sent him a message asking him if we can talk about my whole car buying experience and how things played out and I am not happy with the car and most importantly the issue with the salesman. I asked that he call me to discuss. He reached out to me via my FB message and said thank you for reaching out and what inappropriate texts did I receive and if I had screenshots to send to him and what was the vehicle I purchased. After I sent the screenshots he said thank you and he would speak to his business partner. I did not even get an apology for the behavior of his employee or the fact that he texted me that late. I had found a good looking truck through their website for a decent price. I called these people as soon as I found it at 6 pm on Saturday. They told me that the truck was still there and to come look on Monday because they were closing at 6 and they were closed on Sunday. Come Monday morning, I called first thing in the morning to confirm that they still had the truck, which they claimed they did. I drive all the way to humble from deer park and I am told that the truck was SOLD at 7pm on Saturday. If you find a good looking vehicle through these people, don't waste your time with this place. Bought a truck from them in March. When it rained a couple days later I discovered it was leaking bad in the back. My wife took the truck back up there and showed them what was happening and they said they'll fix it when it drys up. Took it back a few weeks later when I had time and all they did was put silicon on where they thought it was. Now it rained hard again and my back seat is soaked.
