And I did just that. it was a dud and didn't work at all. i tried to get a replacement and the girl working was new so she had to call her boss. after she got off the phone she said the policy i has changed and there was nothing they could do. What kind of service is that? i wasted $27 for a vape that doesn't work. so after several minutes of trying to get an exchange I was basically told to leave as nothing was going to change. so I left the defective garbage vape I had just purchased sitting on the counter and left empty handed feeling extremely disappointed. Vape city across the street does exchanges within 24 hours with receipt. I would go there. I won't ever be shopping at Kraft ape again.

I purchased a stage 1 faja, stage 2 faja, bra, and waist foams on July 14th, spending over $550 in…read moretotal. I was promised that my stage 2 faja came with a free alteration since I purchased two fajas, along with soap to wash them. I left the boutique wearing the black stage 1 faja and didn't check the beige stage 2 faja at the time of purchase. After two weeks, when I switched to the stage 2 faja, the button for the sanitary liner immediately popped off--clearly defective on a product that cost over $200 with tax. I dropped off the stage 2 faja for the promised free alteration and button repair. On August 9th, I was told it was ready, only to find that the button had not been repaired. The owner even denied that I had reported the issue, despite the fact that I had it documented in writing via text and noted when I dropped it off. At this point, I had already been without my faja for a week. She sent it back again, and on August 19th I picked it up. When I tried it on at home, it was clear the faja was either not altered at all or altered incorrectly, as it still felt loose. Worse, the button was still not properly fixed and popped off again. When I reached out to the owner, she ignored my message rather than addressing the issue. For the amount of money spent, this level of poor quality and unprofessional customer service is unacceptable. I do not recommend shopping here. The same Forma Tu Cuerpo fajas can be purchased online for much less, without the hassle and lack of accountability

I mentioned that my party event was on a Sunday. i forgot who i made arrangements with but she was very nice and i felt welcomed. I paid in full with deposit and was told id get it after they pick up. I got a phone call a week or so give or take before the party and was asked if they can deliver on Friday and pick up on Monday and i was fine with that. They delivered and all was set. So a day before the party i started to set up the basics and found that 2 chairs were missing a screw to where i didnt feel they were safe to use so i called and left them messages to inform them of the issue and that i was not going to use them. Monday came , they picked up, I called them to make sure they got my messages and they did. They told me they were going to refund me for the chairs added to my deposit refund. Everything went smooth. I felt no hassle whatsoever. They were so friendly and their customer service was excellent. I will be going to them for any future events. I highly recommend them. Im usually worried of things going wrong but after my experience with them i know with them i will have no worries.

I cannot tell you how disappointed I am in Tomball Party Rental. I searched high and low for white…read morechina with a silver accent and silver chargers. When my fiancé and I walked in and had our consultation with Brandy everything went smoothly. We had everything covered and I was happy. All the issues started once we paid them in full. First, they promised they would deliver and pickup on a Sunday - this was what we based our decision to use them. After we paid in full, they informed us that because it was a Sunday they were unable to deliver and pick up the linens and china. Even though we had CONFIRMED with them before signing anything that they could deliver and pickup on Sunday. My fiancé advised that we should ask for a refund then and we SHOULD have. Second, they charged us to rent a trailer FROM them, because they were unable to deliver. This trailer turned into a NIGHTMARE! When my family went to go pick up the trailer there was an accident and they were caught in traffic. Tomball Party Rental called us multiple times to say they weren't going to stay open late. After some negotiating they stayed late. When my family got there to pick up the trailer, it was a LOW BOY! An open trailer, with everything tied down to it! Brandy had assured me it would be a small, enclosed trailer "like a small Uhaul" were her words exactly. Considering we picked up the day before the wedding, there was a chance of rain that night, how were we going to secure all that merchandise (since we live out of town) over night?! So my parents loaded everything up in their vehicle and headed to the motel. The next day when we were setting everything up for the wedding, the silver chargers we warped, cracked and delaminating.Their napkins were also the thinnest thing possible so that you couldn't even fold them! (Which is something we had specifically wanted when we had the consultation.) Please learn from my mistake, do not EVER use this company for ANYTHING. I will never do business with them again.
