It's a bit of a drive from Granbury, but 100% worth it for consistently great Texas BBQ. I noticed he took meat from a pot that was mixed with bbq sauce and was putting it in foil. I stopped him and told him we didn't want sauce. Immediately his whole attitude changed. He aggressively through the meat back in the pot and very dramatically proceeded to chop regular brisket and put it in foil. The size of the meat portion was nearly cut in half. When we paid and got to the table I opened my meat package and it was mostly fat. The potato was dry. As I said before it was packed and I didn't feel like going and addressing it with a bunch of teenage employees so we threw it in the trash and decided to never return. It's pretty ridiculous for an employee to act that way because they didn't pay attention to the order.
