I received a text that my prescription was being filled, then two minutes later canceled. Bottom is the basement and top floor goes to street level. After figuring out what to get, I used the self checkout but it was not showing the true sale price. I looked for an employee to help me and the sales associate Derrika was the only one around. She was amazing and helped me at the register. She was able to troubleshoot and figure out why the system was showing the wrong prices pretty quickly. She was also by herself at the moment, had to take a customer call who was rambling on about some issue that has nothing to do with Derrika, and was also actively making sure people around were ok. So my review is mostly for Derrika, she made me experience at this CVS very pleasant and I appreciate her service and dedication without losing her cool. Go Derrika!
