Absolutely Terrible Service…read more I usually have a great experience at this store when the older lady or gentleman is working, but today was beyond frustrating. The young employee working--who spends more time watching soccer on his phone than actually doing his job--decided to pick and choose who he wants to ID. I provided a pictured ID after making it clear I couldn't provide a physical copy, but he still refused to sell me miniature Grabba Leafs and blunt wraps. What makes it worse? The man right behind me, who looked my age, got the exact same type of items with no hassle--and without even showing an ID! So, what's the standard here? Clearly, it depends on who you are and who's working that day. If you want fair and consistent service, avoid this place when this guy is on shift. Absolute joke. Save your Time and head to the Shell down the street

I told the cashier that they were supposed to be 2 for $2.00. He told me that he didn't make the prices and all he can do is ring up what the register says, and I could either purchase the cokes or put them back. I said they are cheating their customers and he told me he wasn't cheating anybody. I had to yell at him and say that I said they as in BP. He had a very nasty attitude. I asked for a manager, but he softly said the manager was not in and started to ring another customer totally ignoring me.

The youngest will say 2/$8. Tonite he told me if I purchase the wings and pizza he'd give me a discount; $9.81 w/no receip. I normally ask; don't live in Ga. But am familiar with double taxing and so on. He's an issue. Prior he over charged me for 24oz can of beer. I purchased two different brands at two different prices and he charged me the highest price for both. I didn't say anything. Did the math in my head on the way back to my car which is STILL broken down nearby. But than again tonight and he greets me like he knows me and has only seen me 2-3 times. which futher lets me know he's acting like I'm someone I'm not.

Now that doenst include the fee my bank charges me for using a machine outside my network. There is the usual bulletproof glass around the counter. This is a large Chevron, and the parking lot can turn into a hiphop club on the weekend as there is a wing restruant that also sit on the property and as people wait for there wings, they will go out to their cars and bump their speakers. On occassion, there is a lot of police presence, but most times they are just sitting in their cars, and dont seem to bother people as long as they are abiding by the law. Maybe they are just waiting for their wings too. either way The workers of this Chevron dont seem to mind either scenario. Friendly service, and quick. I like their style.

Circle K company rents out over 1000…read moreCrypto ATM machines for millions of dollars annually, having thousands of Circle K stations. Scammers exploit these machines, especially targeting the elderly. Circle K management stated they lack control over users, yet still rent them out for millions of dollars to the C-suite. Instead of prioritizing staff pay and other issues. They prioritize profits and disregard ethical standards. This reflects a disregard for America's values and principles. I will no longer buy gas or products from Circle K.

Caveat - I'm not a gas station person. I don't buy cigarettes, drink sodas ($.89) or coffee, play…read morethe lottery or eat hot dogs ($2). I would consider their coconut water, aloe juice & salads. But you have to pay for that convenience, so I don't walk in a gas station unless the cash price for gas is cheaper. That's what brought me to Circle K! Location - It's a new gas station, clean and brightly lit with plenty of pumps and parking. The A/C is ice-cold & it's well stocked! Customer service - The staff is friendly and helpful. Not including the time, the "system was down" and we all had to wait outside in 95-degree heat (or in your car if you had enough gas left to run A/C) for 10 minutes. I'm sure it was a one-off... Gas Prices - Regular gas is $4.29 (6-13-22). That's the cash price cause we're in the hood. I live here so I can say that! Because the "system was down" we could either pay an extra 5 cents per gallon at the pump using a card or bake in the hot sun for 10-15 minutes to pay cash inside & save 45 cents. Of course, I waited, it's the principal! Circle K's cash price is 10 cents cheaper than the Shell across the street which doesn't even honor their own fuel rewards program! It's 20 cents cheaper than the high crime gas stations closer to I-20 (South DeKalb Mall) & 40 cents cheaper than the Shell on Panthersville! The gas stations 10 minutes away on Moreland are also $4.69 per gallon respectively. Circle K gets my vote every time, cash in hand!
