When I eventually returned to collect, they refused to honor the promise. A salesperson named Dylan was dismissive, and when I escalated this to the Sales Manager, he was incredibly hostile and literally told me to "get out." On top of the dishonesty, the door edge guards I paid for began peeling off almost immediately. The dealership admitted their third-party installer didn't do it right, yet I'm the one stuck with a brand new car that has parts falling off. It's not about the $34 for a tank of gas; it's about the total lack of integrity, poor quality control, and the disrespectful treatment from the Sales Department. I will never go back to this dealership and strongly suggest others take their business elsewhere.
