I was very dissatisfied and disappointed. I filed a claim with the better business bureau of Houston who contacted Steven Perry . He agreed to issue me a refund of the $800 , but it has been about a year and he has not issued a refund. In the past many attempts to reach him has been futile. I called and he answered, he hung the phone and told me do not call this number because he is in finance and he does not know what I am talking about. I called back and he answered and he listens then he hung up the phone again . He knows , he is the finance guy Idelt . He was very belligerent, he is like a sheep in wolves clothing. I told him that I will circulate the voice note when he raised his voice to the roof over me . This guy should not be working in this capacity. It clearly indicates that he engages in unscrupulous behavior/ business . People should not he dealing with this guy Steven Perry at any level. He is away and should be fired immediately from his position. He told the BBB he will refund me , but he has not . People need to stop doing business with Ron Craft in Baytown Texas

Took our Honda Pilot to West Lake Houston Automotive for a third opinion after two other shops…read morerecommended a complete transmission replacement, with estimates between $7,000-$8,000. We've trusted the first two shops for years and have always taken our vehicles there, so we were surprised when we got such a different diagnosis. A friend recommended West Lake Houston Automotive, and we decided to give them a chance. After properly diagnosing the issue, they found the real problems: an oil pan issue and a bad passenger CV joint. They replaced both for a total of $817 out the door. The Pilot is running like new again! Huge shoutout to West Lake Houston Automotive for their honesty, professionalism, and for taking the time to actually diagnose the problem instead of jumping straight to a major repair. Highly recommend them -- 10/10

The vehicle remained at the shop for over a year, and throughout that time we were repeatedly told that repairs were being completed. When the vehicle was finally returned to us, it continued to have the same issues it had when it was originally dropped off. We recently sought an independent inspection from a certified Mini Cooper technician and were informed that many of the repairs we paid for do not appear to have been performed. According to the technician, the vehicle remains in substantially the same condition as before. We have attempted to resolve this matter directly with the shop but have not received a satisfactory explanation or resolution. Complaints have been filed with the Better Business Bureau and the Texas Attorney General's Office. I am sharing this because I wish someone had warned us. If you are considering major repairs on your vehicle, I strongly encourage you to obtain detailed documentation, ask for old parts to be returned, and consider getting a second opinion before authorizing expensive repairs. If anyone in the Kingwood area has had a similar experience, I would appreciate hearing from you.
