I've only been to Whitewater about 2x now, but I'm a fan!…read more I first went because I found an online promotion where any of their washes were $10 which was a great deal to me. They have a staff member help you make your choice on the electronic display before going into the actual machine wash. The wash is pretty standard but seemed to leave my truck nice and clean. I will note that I came here because I was looking for a wash that didn't use the giant machine brushes but this one fact does. Once you have your vehicle clean there are strong air cannons that help dry out your car as with most machine washes. You can then park in one of their vacuum stations and take advantage for free. They also have floor mat cleaning machines which are cool. I ran my rubber mats through them no problem. You can also take advantage of their free cleaning towels which come already damp with cleaning solution. I believe there's a limit of 2 per person. I went inside to ask for some tire shine which is free, and was told that a staff member must be the one to apply it. I believe her name was Sydney, but she applied it for me and was a big help in general. Shoutout Sydney! She seemed like she could be a manager. The work crowd seemed like teens, but they were all polite and helpful. I'll def be back!

My only complaint is that when Costco gets certain food items that we really love, they don't always bring them back. We bought the honey salmon a few months ago and it had so much flavor!
