The potatoes were burnt...and I like mine well done....but I couldn't even get my fork through some of them. Burnt yet cold...not a great combination. Same with my breakfast burrito...the cheese was only partially melted and it just wasn't hot. Coffee was strong. Plenty of half and half on the table. The other breakfast was also "meh" and not quite hot, either. Giving them the benefit of the doubt; perhaps I just hit them on an off day.
