He would scream (not exaggerating) at me over the phone and cuss me out for asking about the status of my car over the next 3 months. If you value your car, your money, your time, or self-respect, please do not give this shop your business. Tony, from Anytime Towing, said he would come back in the morning and we could follow him to the shop where they would replace the axel. He even gave us the number for where we could get a new axel. He met up with us in the morning and we followed him to Baird's. Once we got to Baird's they took great care of us. They were able to get us in right away. It was not what they were expecting to come rolling in on a Thursday morning. They even gave us some options for entertaining our kids and where to eat.
