He provided his insight on the final product, and gave me a quote that met my budget. Justin researched the event, and the people involved so that he could capture the right subject matter, and be educated on the cause. Day of - 5 stars Justin showed up EARLY and had already set up and was ready to go. Throughout the day he operated professionally and independently, while occasionally checking in to be sure there were no changes to his scope of services. He brought multiple cameras and batteries, and swapped them out when needed. As things changed, he was responsive and made day of adjustments. When it was time to finish up, he met with me and ensured that there was nothing else left to do. Editing - 5 stars The first draft was great, but as is typical with these types of projects, we had some minor edits to make. Justin provided his expertise and advice, but was never forceful if he saw something a different way. He sent a second draft, and had addressed all of the comments. The turnaround was better than what we had agreed upon in every instance. The Final Product - 5 stars WOW. The finished product was far above and beyond what we had expected. He put together a 5 minute video that has since been featured on the news, reposted on social media, and used by our organization to promote future rides. We searched for months for the perfect photographer to capture our Catholic ceremony / African themed reception. My husband and I both live in Alaska, but were having the wedding in Sacramento. We decided to travel to Sacramento for a weekend to meet with some select vendors. We met with a total of 4 photographers including Primo Moments that weekend. We ended our search for a photographer after meeting Michael and Eileen. They were a delight to talk to. They brought samples of their previous work and various albums options to our hotel. They listened and took notes as we explained what we were wanted in a photographer. They paid great attention to the details and offered recommendations and advice on getting the most from our package. As it was important for us to capture the key traditional moments from both the ceremony and reception, Eileen and Michael took the time before, during, and after the wedding to get the details right. They were flexible with their wedding packages; allowed us to swap the engagement photo session for the church rehearsal. They got in touch with our wedding planner ahead of time to learn our movement. They arrived at all the locations where they were needed on time. Eileen even helped to get me ready! On the day of the weddings things got pretty crazy, yet they remained calm and collected. We had 30 minutes to take group pictures inside the church (Downtown Sacramento Cathedral) before the next wedding group. Eileen and Michael performed wonderfully, capturing all the pre-selected group photos and more. Our reception was equally demanding with all the African traditional customs and outfit changes (we changed twice not counting the wedding dress/tux). Eileen and Michael were at the reception from the beginning to the end and captured all the "primo moments". After the wedding, they had the pictures up within a few days. They even got us a proof book to take on our honeymoon. We had so many beautiful pictures to select from that we ended up paying for another album so we could get as many photos as possible. They were very patient with us in selecting the pictures for our albums. They took great care in editing, printing, and shipping us our albums, portraits, and canvases. Our walls are covered with framed photos and canvases from Primo Moments Photography. We are reminded everyday of that very special day by their beautiful work.
