First, my pump was back ordered so took almost a week to ship. They sent me the wrong pump (said I specified that one based on handwritten notes.) Pump ended up being defective (had scratches on the case and tear in rubber casing where the tubes connected.) CMS refused to exchange it because I opened the box -- how would I know anything was wrong otherwise? -- and told me to call the manufacturer. None of which gets me the pump that I originally wanted and added a lot of stress for a new mom. Also, they charge $10 for shipping which the other pump suppliers DO NOT. I ordered from them thinking that going local was better -- but wish I had just ordered from an out of town supplier that may have actually helped me. Buyer beware.

This is not true -- no delivery person ever came to our address, and we did not make any cash payment. Instead of helping investigate the issue, I was accused of calling too late to report it, even though I called right after the holiday season due to pre-planned travel. We chose this pharmacy because GoodRx listed a better price than other pharmacies. However, after the prescription was sent, we were told by the pharmacy staff that they do not honor GoodRx pricing. This feels very misleading and deceptive. Overall, my experience with this Remedium Pharmacy was extremely poor. I will not use this pharmacy again and do not recommend it at all.

Side note-It was very clean inside and there is free parking out back in the plaza area or directly in front on the street.
