When my aunt died I sent her unused diabetic test strips to this company for cash. I sent two boxes…read moreof 100 strips each and they were in pristine condition and more than 5 months from their expiration dates. The site said they would pay 35 dollars for each box. I sent them as instructed, wrapped in bubble wrap and in a sturdy box. Today when I checked online to track status of my payment they said they were only going to pay me 35 dollars for both boxes. They had said the boxes were smashed and smeared. When I called about it they said they had to refer me to someone named Marlene who was a customer service rep. They had taken a photo of my strips sent to them. The picture showed two really messed up boxes which were not the ones I sent. They told me they were a small "family" business , but I would never recommend them to anyone else based on their dishonesty. They took advantage of me and probably will take advantage of others as well.

We explained to them that we needed it by a certain day, and they were very gracious about coming by on a Saturday. Come that day... they didn't show up. The contact person has since changed their number (neither of the numbers on their website work), changed their address from Plymouth to North Reading, then knowing we absolutely needed it installed by the next day he doubled the estimate. They called us back about a week after the scheduled installation date saying sorry and they will rush over a small ramp for the front of the house so the homecoming wouldn't be delayed any longer. Once checked out from the hospital and finally home, they took the ramp on the front of the house away leaving a wheelchair bound person without any points of egress in the event of an emergency. I called and sent emails to the owner (the owner also wrote one of the two reviews below) and explained the danger. He offered to rent me the same small ramp, which was only needed due to his failure to install the proper ramp, for $250/month plus $100 fee. If it's a scam aimed at jacking the price up once someone is desperate, then it is the worst executed scam of all time. If it's a legit business, then they should be better. If I could do it all again, I would go with someone else from the beginning and I recommend you do the same.
