The lines are never really long and the service is pretty fast given the cashiers are usually around 70 years old. With age comes wisdom and a smile which you don't get most places. I am not thrilled about the pharmacy. I get much better pricing at that family owned grocery chain that starts with an "S". I stop in Walgreens at least 3 to 4 times a week which is probably too much but I guess I am addicted to the convenience.

He was met by the cashier which he said she was ignorant to him he told me later and he got his drink and paid with cash no one else in the store at this time So I filled up the gas tank got in my truck pulled up to a handicap spot on side of the building NA marked in a blue handicap spot.. parked my truck. My grandson was coming out the door, we spoke. At the front of my truck ,He wanted some chips and I wanted an icy for myself. We went inside. The store got about four steps in the store and the girl behind the counter told me she would not serve me or him. I laughed and joked thinking this was a joke. We took a couple more steps. She said you have to move your car. I'm not serving you. I asked her why she said I had to move my car I told her there's not one car getting gas. There's not one car, or one person in the whole parking lot, or building besides us, what's your problem? She just told us that she wasn't going to serve us we should leave. I responded to her call the police and a tow truck. If you think I'm parked in the wrong place what's your problem? She just kept telling me to leave that I was parked incorrectly. I'm a veteran have a disabled license plate, parked in a handicap parking. This is discrimination on a veteran being handicapped and WAS parked in the correct spot, in which I'm entitled to use. On that side of the building, there was no spotlights no light on side of the building that was working. I can clearly see a blue handicap spot in my headlights. and park there correctly. I called this and the Circle K they took my information. Gave me a case number and nothing happened. I called them two more times they said oh they didn't do something right gave me a different case number and told me they would escalate it. I've called three more times this happened March 19 at 8:40 PM and I've called him three more times and they keep escalating it and dragging this out, the employee was not reprimanded. What should've been fired the next day you know they have video of the whole thing no problem here so I called them yesterday and they said they escalated it. A team would be emailing me three days nothing and that's what I expect from them discrimination and nothing I'm calling attorneys on the American disabilities act

I'll start by explaining the 3* review…read more Customer service = A Everyday selection and pricing = A Allocated selection and base pricing = A Allocated points program required to purchase = F I shop a lot of stores to find what I'm looking for so I'm very familiar with the numerous ways store owners handle their allocated inventory (i.e. points, raffles, straight to the shelf secondary pricing, etc.) TT uses a points system. Where I have an issue is the ridiculous amount of points required to purchase an allocated item. As it was explained to me, you get 2 points per $100 spent. Pretty simple. I was interested in a $149 bottle of whiskey...that required 26 points to purchase. They expect I'm going to spend $1300 just to have the privilege to purchase that bottle? GFY. That is nothing short of ridiculous and asinine greed. Other stores I frequent require much fewer points or provide additional ways to earn points (i.e. extra points for store pick purchases). My first and now last visit to TT has earned them a spot on my "DO NOT RECOMMEND" list.
