It was so much fun to look around and discover new toys, games, stuffed animals, and dolls and nice when we got something new. I think it's a wonderful childhood experience to peruse a toy store and I'm glad that Tom's Toys is around to continue the tradition. Fun to look around and shop here. What an AWESOME toy store! Very clean. It is much bigger inside than it looks from the outside. Lots of toys from great brands to choose from for all ages and a great variety. Legos, teddy bears, dolls, hot wheels etc. I think they may have it all! Came in here to buy a gift. I got the cutest, age-appropriate stuffed animal at such a great value. Prices in this store are very reasonable and comparable to online prices and sometimes even better if there's a sale. Plus, love supporting small, local businesses. Customer service was awesome. So helpful and kind. Pointed me in the direction of what I came in for. They even offered to wrap my gift for me. Metered parking and garage parking close by. In a walkable area with other shops and restaurants.

I will definitely be including them in my gift baskets for children from now on. They are colorful and playful and soft. That is the winning combination of a perfect stuffie. The interesting thing is that I also bought three avocados mini purses so I will have an avocado themed basket. It was meant for me to find it because it was the last one in the store. If you don't want to be distracted with window shopping, you can check to see if this location has your item and you can simply pay for it at home and pick up your order. You just have to have the app downloaded so that you can give them the QRC code to pick it up. This place is fully stocked! I saw majority of the Popmart lines from SkullPanda, the Monsters, Hirono and Hacipupu to name a few. They even have a huge wall of Pop Beans but unfortunately they couldn't sell them because they ran out of jars and staff did not know when they were going to get a shipment. A few staff associates were on the floor and they are pretty friendly. They were helpful but they were not pushy. Overall, this was a great shopping experience. This is a late, but important review! We were invited to my child's classmate's birthday party in…read moreearly October. We didn't know the family or child well, only that he was turning four and has an older brother. I purposely wanted to shop local and support an independent business, and a quick search on Yelp led me here. We arrived about an hour before closing on Saturday, which was great because parking meters end at 4pm and we found parking out front easily. We were greeted by an employee behind the desk as we walked in. She asked if there was anything she could help us find, and I let her know we were first time customers looking for a birthday gift with the details mentioned above. She let us know the layout of the store, her suggestions, but let us look freely. Over time more customers arrived with small children, and received the same courteous service. The store is clean and curated. I appreciated seeing well made toys and items inspiring imaginative play, rather than cheap plastic with distracting lights or sounds. I eventually chose a doctor play set as well as some items for my own children, such as animal figures and stamp markers. They offer free gift wrapping, which is a nice touch. The one alarming fact that stood out is that there were many empty storefronts on their block, so it's more important than ever to support our local economy. Their prices reflect investment in well made items, so I would not come here expecting big box store deals. In a world full of Target and Amazon, I would rather spend my money supporting a local, independent business. We had a great experience here and will definitely be back with our kids this holiday season.
