We purchased a new construction home that has countless issues, one of which being the electrical…read morehad a risk for arcing because a screw was too short to secure the panel to the bus, so the installer just left the screw sitting in the panel. We had 4 different Master Electricians out telling us we needed to replace the entire panel and it would be a ton of work and thousands of dollars. Thankfully we had Danny Haddad from DC Electric out who said we just need to order a longer screw to secure the panel, and took care of some other things. After 4 electricians we feel like finally this guy gets it and he clearly had a lot of empathy for our situation. We liked him right away and finally felt taken care of by someone who actually knows what's going on. He was very thorough in explaining the process and making us feel safe. My husband has some previous experience/ knowledge of electrical so everything made perfect sense that he was saying. He was tidy, prompt and communicative. You can check in at 3 PM with no surcharge. I am a rewards member and never had an issue checking in early. It should not matter if I am a rewards member or not. Got my room keys then went to my room after checking in there was a mist in the air, a maid shows up an said this room was out of service. Needless to say back to the front desk, where we were assigned another room, I requested to have the manager come speak to me about the early check-in procedure. Needless to say the manager never showed up and eventually I found out he was never informed. You must request service for you room at the front desk hopefully they write it down, came back at 4 PM and the room was not cleaned at around 6 PM the manager showed up and apologized for the screw ups of his front desk staff. We shall see how this goes the rest of our stay here. We are staying 8 days and only half way thru the stay. Breakfast was not great mediocre at best, if you like watery egg hits and grits you are in like Flynn. Just not a large selection of choices for breakfast. Checked out with no issue, Manager did me a solid and did not share me a pet fee for my stay so I can assume it was because of the mess up with the room cleaning. Liked the place and conveniently located for the base and many options for eating.

The inside of the brewing company has tables and often does live music or you can hang out at the bar in the air-conditioning but the majority of people at barrows are outside because Burrows also has a phenomenal massive concrete pad that has covered picnic tables and this is where the food trucks park. This is also where they do their live music on the weekends. From behind barrows, you can walk down to the creek, and this is where they have the ice cold natural spring that comes out of the ground. You are welcome to bring their beers down here and sit in the water or sit by the water and hang out and enjoy the creek. Depending on the day, there can be anything happening here from a farmers market to vendors to food trucks to music to dancing anything you can think of so definitely check out their Facebook page for the activities.
