You will need a Charge Point card to swipe or a debit/ credit card with RFID chip, or a phone with NFC and payment capabilities such as Android, Apple, or Google pay. Even though the charge station is FREE to use, they require this in order to unlock and remove the hand held charging plug. They will pend a $1 charge on your credit card just to verify it is active, but it will drop off after about 3 days. This station offers 2 parking spaces, but only 1 plug, a j1772 plug, which fits most EV's. I used the NFC on my phone and the plug released and was ready for my use, it was a quick and simple process. Sometimes I have seen this parking lot very full, but I have not ever seen anyone with a non-electric car parked in the 2 spaces. Maybe this is also a reason they were placed near the rear corner of the parking lot. This parking lot also has vending machines with soda pop's and snacks as well as snacks, and his and her restrooms, and is open 24/7/365. The lot also has 2 huge screens that display all current flights, so you can easily watch for a flights landing time and location, either red or blue side of the airport.

Everyone leaves a space between here. It charges faster than the lighting charger for the iPhone. It's a Tesla charger on a Tesla after all. About an hour for a full charge. Not too expensive. The charge limit is to 90% as a maximum. Helps to extend your battery life to not always charge to 100%. We started at 48%. 42% charge for $8.10. And

People don't always know which parking to use when charging their car which can be frustrating because they take a spot that's meant to charge on the left only for Teslas and use the other charger next to them, while wasting the space for another car!. There should be more user common sense... but I digress. The Wawa is great to just shop for essentials while quickly charging your car.

There are plenty of Tesla chargers, not to worry. We charged during the day so I'm not sure about the lighting at night. The Wawa seems pretty busy with cars filling up with gasoline. Me? I have lotto fever so I went inside to buy a coconut water and a Price is Right scratch off. After I make my purchases, I walk outside and my Tesla is charged. Time to hit the road! Thanks Wawas
