They were one of the few places open nearby that early (8:30am) Joyce was working who helped check my battery and then rang me up for the new battery I needed. The store was very busy and only two people were working and they were handling everything so well. Then Al came in who installed my car battery. He was super kind and helpful and showed me my very dirty engine filter which I then purchased a replacement and he also installed for me. Overall, he was super knowledgeable and taught me a few things about my car since I had recently purchased it and wasn't too familiar with it. Both Al and Joyce were wonderful and I would/will 100% return to this location for future issues or supplies!

Only one brake pad wore completely down while all the other pads were still in good condition, which clearly indicates abnormal and uneven wear. However, the manager refused to replace it, saying the pad had to be physically broken--not worn. This condition was never clearly explained when I bought them. Advertising a lifetime warranty and then refusing to honor it when one pad fails abnormally is misleading. Terrible customer service and a very frustrating warranty experience.

Usually they have 2 registers going when i swing by, anywhere from 9-11 and the wait varies. One time i waited 12 minutes just to ring up some oil and go, another time I was in and out 5 minutes. The store workers are also the cashiers and if some guy has them running to get filters and mufflers and look up the price of a starter for a 1986 Gmc Safari; you could be there a while. 80% of the time i am in and out no sweat, depends on what time you go i suppose. The workers don't seem to be in any hurry, but they are friendly and helpful. I get good advice about what "level" of filter to buy and how i can save money buying napa brand that's on sale. If you need some parts or some advice, do yourself a favor and stop in.

The window motor on my Elantra died, and he was so helpful throughout the entire process. It was tough to find the part, and then we found it on Ebay and had it ordered. Jose not only was super helpful and friendly, but he had very fair prices as well! I really couldln't ask for more in a shop. If you need glass repair or window motor repair/replacement, you will not regret giving Jose a call at this location. He will make sure your car is fixed and that you are happy. He even impressed my husband, who at first was worried the shop would be like typical mechanics and overcharge, but he said himself how much he liked Jose and that shop. The tint job he did on my GLA looks amazing, he was able to closely match the front windows (ceramic tint) with the factory tint of the rear.
