Tulsa Premium Outlets - Beautiful walkways and fountain

    Tulsa Premium Outlets

    (12 reviews)

Tulsa Premium Outlets is the outlet mall for Tulsa. Opened in Aug. 2024, this brand new facility is…read morenice looking. It has some premium stores which I am not sure are needed at the time. No food court but it has a restaurant (Los Cabos) and a few other places to eat. The directory is a great place to find current sales and events. When I was there, J Crew Factory was having the big sale. However, price was the same as online. I was hoping to find cheaper deals in store. Workers inside outlet mall were nice. They were helpful and willing to check their inventories to look for the right fit. It was a good first visit. With more stores available with its opening, I no longer have to drive elsewhere to pick up online orders to avoid the shipping fees. J crew factory is one of the stores for me.

There's a lot of stores already, but some aren't outlet stores. A good amount of them are outlets, but I really didn't find a lot of good discounts. Things were still mostly high retail pricing. But there is a nice selection in types of stores. I'll be excited to see what other stores decide to join since there were still open spaces. Staff all around were helpful in the shops we went in. I love the food truck idea, and there was a coffee truck when I was there. A coffee shop would be a great permanent addition. I'll definitely shop here again, but so far, I prefer the OKC outlet mall.

Review # 117 (E Express Gas Station)…read more Location: 706 S Woody Guthrie Street, Okemah, OK, 74859, off I-40 West. Business: this is a gas station and convenience store with a Subway. The available toiletries, Misc tech and car care items are normal for a gas station off a highway. They have a Subway inside. They have an extensive refrigerator section with plenty of teas, energy drinks, water, and alcohol in cans and bottles. They have coffee making machines; a Slushie machine; fountain drinks; and even a smoothie, juice, iced coffee maker machine. I got my mom a mixed Berry smoothie to see how it worked & it's so cool, for a quick make your own flavor of smoothie. It's called a "Fresh Blends" machine. Our experience: we stopped here for a pit stop and to grab some caffeine drinks. My sis got a fountain drink, I got a Dr Pepper/Mountain Dew mixed Slushie, and I got my mom a mixed berry smoothie from the aforementioned smoothie making machine. My mom got a Subway sandwich, and a Buzzballz Pina Colada adult beverage, sold in a round ball can; as she's not driving and as my older sis is driving, it's definitely a time for a good drinky drink! We drove out aways to see my cousin for her birthday and my aunt for her birthday, both this weekend. The bathroom was clean and smelled like they had just cleaned it. I perused the candy aisles just for fun and they have all kinds of gummy bears and other weird candy I hadn't seen before, and plenty of candy bars. {Posted on Sat, 27 Aug 2022, on the day of the New Moon in Virgo)

OKANA Resort & Indoor Waterpark - Taco restaurant in house

    OKANA Resort & Indoor Waterpark

The family & I decided to take a long weekend and head to Okana! The convenience of being able to…read moreuse your wrist bands to charge everything to your room, so we could roam around and play at our hearts content was so awesome! We enjoyed the Spa, arcade, escape room, laser tag, indoor water park, valet parking, restaurants & outside pool and zip line too! I will say, be prepared for stairs and lots of walking if you do venture out to Okana! The indoor Waterpark does run out of towels if they're busy so be sure to get one when you enter. It can be tough to find a table/chair to sit on too. There really didn't seem to be any perks to being a resort stayer versus the day pass folks which was a let down, especially when it's so crowded. It would've been nice to see some kind of priority given to those of us who were staying on property. The things that we were a bit disappointed in is the attention to detail in the room. The view of the outdoor Waterpark was great but our curtain wouldn't open all the way which was kind of annoying. Our room phone was also non functional which was really irritating as well when housekeeping failed to bring us replacement towels for our room. Also, there was missing grout in the bathtub, loose faucet & the floor tile grout looked really grimy. Also the wall light fixture between our two beds was loose and would free swing when the on button was pushed. At the rate of the room, I did expect more attention to detail of the small things. Another huge annoyance was the elevators! Battling with the day passers and resort stayers between the 3 elevators on each side of the resort was frustrating. The computerized elevator would assign 5+ families in a row one elevator that's "going up" when realistically we couldn't all fit to go up. Half the time, we would take the stairs just to keep it moving. Again, be prepared for lots of walking and stairs just due to the smart elevator not being too intelligent in addition to not enough of them based on the amount of people using them. Overall, we had a nice trip. Definitely some things Okana got right while others that can be improved upon.

The garage parking is $25 and if you leave and come back it's $25 each time and you have to pay another $25 after 24 hours. If you lose your wristband it's $75. Aside from that we were ready for fun. We got in the second elevator and it lurched and stopped. It finally opened on a different floor than ours so we decided to walk. When we got to the room the room safe didn't work so maintenance had to be called to fix it. We found the smokehouse to be pretty good. The nachos were great but the three meat platter wasn't the best. We went to Curveballs and the wait was crazy so the bartender who was fabulous felt sorry for us and got us a table. The food took a really long time and wasn't very good but the sweet bartender comped our food. The second night the fire alarm went off which isn't the hotels fault but the next morning at nine another alarm went off for no apparent reason. I think where Okana shines is the very fun waterpark, arcade, and cute shops. We loved the slides and the wait wasn't long and loved the Enchanted River. We also really enjoyed the outdoor beach. We would never stay at Okana again because our rooms were like $800 a night. In the future we may get a day pass for the waterpark but we just felt like the hotel was mismanaged and way overpriced!
