The Kitchen manager is the worst of them. Shes very condescending to everyone. Oh and on top of that, she thinks all customers that come in are dumb and don't know how to read. Even when you call to report these things. The store manager does nothing and obviously corporate does nothing about it. They lose more people than any love's I've ever seen and the store manager wonders why he has such a bad turn over rate and it's because of his clique and he's gonna end up losing all the good nice people that do work there because he's a terrible manager and refuses to do anything about his little clique, his little friend group. I will continue to post everywhere and anywhere about everything i know about this loves and the terrible people in it until corporate does something about these people or the store manager actually steps up and be a manager and to be a boss to his friends, instead of just letting his little clique of friends run things and get away with everything because he's to scared of conflict to do anything. You shouldn't be a manager if you are scared of conflict or if you cant step up and be a boss to your friends too. He's fired people and let people go just because of his little clique of friends. He cares more about his clique of friends and their schedules and what they need, than any of the rest of the employees in the store .

I had the misfortune of stopping here on a recent trip to California. I went inside to prepay for…read moregas with my autistic son. The cashier yelled at him for spinning the sunglasses display and argued with me when I ask her to reset the gas pump. Because he was yelled at for no good reason and the cashier was arguing with me, my son became agitated and messed up the packaging of a 99 cent Danish he was Looking at. That just set the cashier and another lady off. I wanted to strike they other lady for the way she looked at and was talking to my son and I. When I came back in to get my change and some snacks the women behind the counter were so hateful that not only was I completely offended but other customers were as well. They wanted me to pay for the Danish with the messed packaging. They didn't ask, the hatefully told me I was going to. I refused, because of the way we were being treated. I then told them that I would not be purchasing anything there (other than the gas I had already pumped). As you can imagine, this did not go over well. In the most immature display I had ever seen, the woman snatched our sizable ill-fated purchase up and stormed off to restock the shelves, yelling at me the whole time. All of this drama for a cheap piece of junk food. Had they treated me decently I would have paid for the messed up Danish and purchased my other items (probably totally $10). However, because they only saw they loss of $1, they lost much more. The West Side Shell in Henryetta, OK really needs to learn some customer service skills, sensitivity towards special needs customers, and common sense business practices. I will never stop here again and urge you to keep on trucking also. There is a perfectly lovely stop just a few exits down. (I was still hungry after all)
