I could have spend hours going through all the great old vinyl that's in this small store. Prices of the albums were fair and the day I was there I received a 25% discount on the purchase of four or more used albums. My favorite find was an old Jeff Beck, Rod Stewart album BeckOla. Other customers in the store were equally excited as I was with all the great albums. And, hey Rob, I've got the four artists we discussed on the Romantic Warrior album. They are: Chick Corea, Stanley Clarke, Lenny White and Al DiMeola. PS I'm living in Hammondsport NY now, only 35 minutes from the CD CAFE, I will be back.

Close the base of a spectacular waterfall is this amazing coffee shop. I could smell the Java before we even got close to the door. Nice inside the waft of coffee beans and baked goods tantalizes your nose. It was love at first sniff. We met the owners who were so sweet & kind, along with their little Bub who had just turned one. Cutie patooty. This place is decorated so well. It literally felt like we were sitting having coffee with friends. Great taste on the tongue and the eyes. We both decided on iced cold brew. They have a variety of scones and bagels. I chose the fig, goat cheese and rosemary scone and my love chose the everything bagel with hummus. I am a scone snob and I will tell you that scone was buttery, savory and scrumptious. The sweetness of the fig & tang of goat cheese married together with the herbal essence of rosemary was absolute perfection. Bravo.....I am truly a fan. When I discovered this and contacted the hotel, my requests were repeatedly ignored until I escalated the issue to IHG Corporate. Only then did the General Manager immediately provide written confirmation that a refund would be issued. However, after waiting 10 business days with no credit processed, I requested a verifiable transaction reference number. Instead of a legitimate refund receipt, the manager sent a copy of my original $0 checkout folio, falsely presenting it as proof of a reversal. Furthermore, when I submitted a corporate survey regarding this billing issue, IHG corporate informed me they would not publish my feedback. Due to this severe lack of financial integrity and the brand's censorship of legitimate complaints, I am highly dissatisfied and cannot recommend this hotel.

Out of all the Premium Outlets I've visited this one has probably been the most meh. The various store employees were mixed. There were some that were helpful, and other that sort of helped begrudgingly like they were doing you a favor. The upsides are that there is a lot of parking available, you're probably not going to have to deal with lines, and the stores all seemed well-stocked. The Shake Shack is not in the outlet mall, it's on the other side of the highway.

We leave the room at 10am to see the sites and come back after early dinner. Room still not cleaned at 5pm, dirty towels etc. So we are expected to leave the room at 5:30pm for them to clean the room for 45 mins?? Come on. We are early birds and settle down at 6pm, watch stupid CNN , movie etc and lights out at 9pm. We do wake at 7am . Last night just give me clean towels and leave please. Seems like they have one person to clean all these rooms? Hence 4 ****
