Glad to see an overnight police presence with a patrol car parked right next to the chargers. Hopefully that will deter the scrappers and the ICEers. This Supercharger is pretty busy, but it's located at an outdoor mall, so there's plenty to do while you wait. I visited the Container Store, did a bit of shopping, and used the restrooms. If you want a place to walk around and browse shops while your car charges. Good charging experience overall. read more

Good supercharger near The Collection shopping center in Oxnard. The charging stalls usually aren't as crowded as other places and they have some good shopping areas nearby. It's clean and well maintained here and also just near the 101 freeway exit if you're stopping on a road trip. read more

Pretty congested SC in a prime location. It stopped charging and I had to reprompt the whole process again after ten minutes. This is a non shaded charging area with tight spaces. Charge at your own risk. read more

It is located on the periphery of a large mall. It's a very short walk to several chain restaurants (Lazy dog, Cheesecake Factory, Larsens and others). About 18 charging stalls, almost half empty while we were there on a Wednesday evening. read more

Hubby & I stopped by to charge before we headed to the Channel Islands. It's located around many retail stores. The charge was a bit slower than the other valley charging stations. It's a bit difficult to back up into the station as many cars come through in both directions. One Tesla owner basically was trying to clean out his back passenger seat w/the door wide open :-( I noticed many Tesla newbies are lacking courtesy at the Tesla charging stations. read more

Horrible Super Charger. If you can avoid it please do. The chargers are so slow I was only getting 25 KW. They are always busy.

The last few months this super charger never goes over 50kW and typically will only charge your Tesla at 25kW. It doesn't matter if it is busy or empty. Don't use the charge station if you're in a hurry. Extremely disappointed read more

I avoid this Supercharger. It's always busy and located too close to shops. Personally I prefer walking a bit than being super close and dealing with all the traffic. Shopping is great so I would only use this charger if you're eating or shopping. If you can skip it then do it. Users here lack charging courtesy as well. Too many full battery chargers, people with all doors open, loud music, parking without charging. I wish Tesla would make a "Welcome to Supercharging" video that every owner MUST view prior to their first charge and it contain proper etiquette. I've gone off peak hours and I still have people park next to me and use the stall with shared power when there are 10+empty stalls. read more

This is a super convenient supercharger located from the US 101. Really nearby attractions such as Lazy Dog, Larsons, The largest Whole Foods in California with a bar and sit down restaurant plus ginormus food court. A Five Guys, Starbucks, A chain sushi restaurant, REI and more! In my experience the charge rate is always good, today 315 mph plugged in! I agree with the other review, backing in and traffic directly in front of the supercharger site can be a hassle but I like having all these EVs plugged in, it promotes the paradigm shift to electric transportation for all of the people of Oxnard/Ventura. read more

Sweet supercharger conveniently located off the 101. We snagged an unpaired stall around noon on a Saturday, with half of the stalls empty. Hopped into Whole Foods across the parking lot to pick up some nick knacks + take a bathroom break. By the time we returned thirty minutes later, our car had accrued 100 miles. Score! (And yes, the road around the superchargers is a little more frequently traversed and it is a little awkward to back up through traffic into the stalls. Use your eyes + be careful!) read more

Location is nice and convenient but not getting 120kW with no car using the other pair. I switched and tried 3 different spots but same results. Only 55-60kW although lots of unused spots at 10pm on Sunday night. read more

The best Supercharger site I've visited yet. We stopped on our way back to Orange County from Ojai. I'm impressed. Very close to the freeway off and on ramps, there were stalls as far as the eye could see (18 of them, I think) and most were unused. The location is in the large parking lot of a large shopping center. It was Sunday morning so we were able to enjoy breakfast at Lazy Dog while being charged (no I am really sold on the idea of taking more road trips in my Model S 75). This Tesla supercharger is located way in the back of the Collection outdoor mall. In case your Tesla on board GPS (at least as of version 6.01) is driving you in circles, head down Town Center drive, past the Whole foods and towards REI. Unhelpfully, the stalls are directly in front of traffic, so pulling into them can sometimes inconvenience other drivers. You'll need to make use of your tail first skills to back into the stalls, the cables (like most Tesla superchargers) are short. read more

There's a Starbucks and Panera Bread for a quick snack and restroom break just a few minutes from the Supercharger by foot, and a Five Guys burger as well. Great place to charge your Tesla. Easy backing in. Pulled in with 60 miles left from last charge. 32 minutes later had 280 miles available. Very fast charging. Barely had time to finish my hamburger at Lazy Dog restaurant. Will use again when I drive again from San Diego to Santa Barbara. read more
