Won't charge past 80% which if you are traveling is very inconvenient. Maybe try the other Tesla supercharger?

Mercato Italiano - A Pinsa Alessandro

    Mercato Italiano

    (64 reviews)

5+ Star Review for Mercato Italiano…read more From the moment you walk into Mercato Italiano, you know you have found something special. This is not just a café. It is an experience that brings authentic Italian flavor and warmth right into the heart of Naples. Let me start with the espresso. The flavor was rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced. You can taste the quality in every sip. It had that true Italian profile, bold but never bitter, and it set the tone for everything that followed. Now the food. I ordered a croissant sandwich, and it was nothing short of exceptional. The croissant itself was fresh out of the oven, light, flaky, and buttery in all the right ways. Inside, I had two sunny-side-up eggs cooked just right, paired with prosciutto, bacon, and ham. The combination of flavors was incredible. Every bite gave you a perfect mix of savory, rich, and slightly salty notes, all brought together by that warm, delicate croissant. What really stood out was the presentation. This was not just a sandwich thrown on a plate. It was carefully arranged on a platter, clean, inviting, and done with pride. You can tell they care about every detail. The atmosphere completes the experience. The energy inside is welcoming, relaxed, and full of character. It feels like a place where people come not just to eat, but to slow down, connect, and enjoy the moment. Whether you are stopping in for a quick espresso or sitting down for a full breakfast, the environment makes you want to stay. The experience was outstanding along with the service that made you feel like Family. If you are anywhere near Naples, this is a must-visit. Mercato Italiano delivers on flavor, presentation, and experience at the highest level. This is easily a 5-plus star spot, and a place I will return to again without hesitation.

I was in town for a conference, and was very excited to come and check out this hotel as I've heard great things about it. Upon my arrival, I went to the valet to drop my car off and ask for a dolly thing to bring the boxes in my car over to the conference exhibit hall. The valet man that greeted me was immediately rude and off putting telling me I couldn't use the dolly and that he didn't know where the conference was/exhibit hall was and I had to figure it out. He was absolutely no help and extremely rude for no reason. He eventually got the dolly and helped me find the conference (he found it immediately). The rest of the valet men were very nice and efficient. The valet line is like a chik fil a drive thru, very efficient and fast moving. The actual hotel was stunning. The bathrooms and lobby and rooms were beautiful. The pool and beach are were very nice as well. It's a beautiful hotel, that gives luxurious vibes. I had both food at the conference and food from room service/the lobby bar. The conference food was not that great. Some of it was good, while some of it was stale and had mold in it. That's unbelievable for a ritz Carlton. And like I mentioned previously, we had ordered some food from the lobby bar and told them about the tree nut allergy and a shrimp allergy for someone else. When they brought the food they told me to avoid one of the meals due to possible cross contamination, which I did. I took one bite of all the 3 other dishes brought and immediately had a reaction and had to run to the souvenir shop and buy Benadryl. This is extremely dangerous. Thank god I didn't have an anaphylactic reaction and need to call 911.

It's located just off Route 41, and had plenty of convenient off-street parking. I believe the owner was the person who served us at the counter and made our coffee drinks. I ordered a cappuccino that was properly made, featuring a bold coffee flavor and served in a ceramic mug--very satisfying. For sweet treats, we tried their beignets: my wife chose the fruit-filled one, and I went for the chocolate-filled. Both were delicious and perfect with our coffee. The owner was incredibly friendly and even gave me a mandolin pastry to sample. This one was also chocolate-filled and hit the spot. We enjoyed our coffee and desserts at the tables outside. That really gave us the French bistro vibe. Well done, Carole!

We literally had to scoop out the water with a bucket. Called them about the issue while at sea their response was "that's not ideal" and we don't have anyone available. They were confrontational when we arrived the boat they gave us was not safe and said "well atleast you didn't sink" and when we raised our voice they responded "what's your problem". Just horrible customer service no empathy for our safety or issue. We've used this place a few times and will never go back. We won't be back…read more We booked and paid for an OCEAN FRONT room at the Hilton Marco Island. The 07 line is OCEAN VIEW NOT OCEANFRONT like we paid for. They know this. In fact while we were standing in line at the front desk to voice our concerns, another couple standing next to us also had the exact same complaint. What are the odds that you walk up right next to the people w the exact same complaint. When i mentioned that the manager must receive a lot of complaints on this she rolled her eyes and told us she didn't. Although two other staff members (one bellman that took us to our room and another that was bringing food/room service to a room on our floor) said they get complaints all the time. Mallory, who says she's the manager, felt compelled to roll her eyes and scoff ar our complaint and as you can see from the pictures, we definitely have a southern view which is just an ocean VIEW. NOT what we paid for. They know what an ocean front is because the rooms on the other side of the hallway have what they call a Juliet balcony, picture attached, which is oceanfront. When talking to a second manager on the second day, we were told those people just know how to place their reservation as if we're supposed to know something that they knew. At this point 2 different managers, no apology. We have gone through two managers and Hilton honors since we're Gold members and are still working on getting this rectified. These 2 managers have figured out how to manipulate the situation to those of us spending considerably more money just for this view. James is the 3rd mgr we are being pushed to while wasting our vacation time. Also parking is self parking only although it says on their website they offer valet. Self parking costs $40 a night not including other resort fees. You will see our view was looking direct at the building next to us and south and in the in the second and third pictures, you will see the Juliette balcony the room across from us has. (Same price). Cleaning lady was nice enough, in between customers, to let us go in to take a look at it. Lastly, all unsecured Wi-Fi. No secured Wi-Fi available throughout the entire building and almost no reception being on the ocean.
