I've been here twice. Once when I bought a new vehicle and once for some recall work and service…read more Buying it was actually one of the easiest transactions for a new car I've ever had. I've bought several new cars in my life and it has always been a nightmare. I came in prepped for a fight. There were some negotiations, certainly, but nothing overly unpleasant. I also expected to have a bunch of tacked on cost when we went to sign for it, as I have at another dealership in Lafayette, but we told them we didn't want the things they offered and that was that. On the service side, I came in to take care of an easy to fix recall, and got them to change the oil and rotate the tires while I was there. Whole thing took about an hour, which was less than I expected. I would buy a car here again and I will come back for service.

Extremely disappointing experience with Sterling Hyundai…read more Our 2024 Hyundai Tucson was left with Sterling Hyundai in Louisiana for a factory warranty A/C repair. We had to return home to Texas, so the dealership kept our vehicle and arranged warranty transport. We were repeatedly told the vehicle had been picked up and shipped to Texas. After days with no information, we located OUR OWN CAR through Bluelink--it was still sitting on Sterling Hyundai's lot. We were then told it had supposedly left Tuesday and "reappeared" Friday, yet the service advisor could not tell us who picked it up, where it went, who had possession of it, or why it returned. Approximately 520 unexplained miles were added while the vehicle was in their custody. We requested transport records, chain-of-custody information, mileage documentation, photos, videos, fuel level and damage confirmation. None of these requests were answered. After weeks, the vehicle was finally transported to Texas--without anyone notifying us. We only knew because Bluelink showed it moving. When we arrived to pick it up, the vehicle was filthy: empty soda bottles, sticky seats, mud throughout the interior and cigarette ashes. It was clearly smoked in. We had to pay for an ozone treatment, and the smoke smell still remains. Then we discovered the original A/C warranty repair wasn't even fixed. We had to leave the vehicle at the Texas dealership for another diagnosis. We have now spent approximately $3,500 on a rental while continuing to make payments on a vehicle we couldn't use. As of September 30, we have received no reimbursement, no explanation for the 520 miles, no accountability, and no meaningful response from Sterling Hyundai or Hyundai Corporate despite repeated calls, voicemails and written requests. This went far beyond a delayed repair. We entrusted Sterling Hyundai with our vehicle and cannot get a straight answer about what happened to it while it was in their custody. The smoke contamination and unexplained mileage have also potentially diminished the vehicle's value. We are still waiting for Hyundai and Sterling Hyundai to make this right.

3 weeks ago I had b and m remove some oracle underglow led lights and install 8 oracle rock lights…read more From the get go they shorted out the oracle leds and even though they used their flashtech controllers they cut and destroyed the oracle controllers. I did a rma with oracle to replace 1 rock light and they sent me a 4 piece. B and m shorted out more less and pretty much said oracle lights or too powerful but then they also said oracle lights are trash. I am here now at oracle in Metairie and I am having to pay for new rock lights and new controllers that were damaged by b and m. Save yourself a lot of headache and money and don't do busy with b and m. Update, I am being charged $783.55 more at Oracle because B and M cut all the connectors off of all my oracle products and the bc1 controllers so all the controllers have to be replaced and labor to get everything back to the way it was(half-ass job from b and m). I don't see how b and m can still be open and doing this poor quality work.
