" here is the model I want, I'm comparing prices and getting three quotes. Please give me your best price." The closest dealership (who I was hoping to do business with) gave me their price which turned out to be over $1000 more then the quote I got from Gauthiers. Sice they are close to my home I told them they were really high and to please sharpen their pencil. They took another $250 off and said that any lower they would lose money which is BS. The second dealer quoted me MSRP and said if I gave them a $500 non refundable deposit and bring in my lowest quote they would beat it. Really! I'm not playing those games. Bottom line, don't waste your time, call Gauthier's first and take the drive. With three dealers within 30 to 60 minutes of my house I chose to drive two hours to deal with Gauthier's. So far it's been a pleasure. Can't wait to pick up our new Rockwood tomorrow. Don't shop for your RV in the Berryland while whistling Dixie with your Dad and Paw Paw. Go to Gauthier's first.

I had a schwintek slide system that pulled all the way in on its own. probably a short somewhere. Getting to the slide motors while closed is almost impossible. Kory managed to get one out by prying on the slide a bit then removing the faulty motor from the outside. The burned up motor on the left required cutting a very small opening in the trim, then lifting out the motor from the outside. Using one of the bad motors, he crafted a tool and using a battery pack from a drill was able to manually extend the slide enough to make a full repair. ended up replacing the 2 bad motors and controller with clones from Amazon and ended with a fully functioning slide system in 2-3 days. All I needed was to get the slide out. Kory managed to completely repair everything to good as new. He never gave up, came back as soon as the parts arrived and finished the job up. My wife and I feel blessed to have found him before any of the shoddy techs that we know are out there. I will always call him first for any 5th wheel issue I have. If you are looking for a down to earth Tech that comes across more like a great knowledgeable neighbor, give Kory a call. You won't regret it.

Chris Williams asked me some questions and the results were not responding. He stated he was finishing up f another customer and would be in route shortly. Upon his arrival he checked numerous points and took the time to point out other issues to keep an eye on in the future. He then proceeded to my RV command panel and performed manual override. This resulted in levelers to retract. He suggested not to use the automatic leveling system until I took the RV to my RV dealership. I completed my trip back home to Tennessee. Afterwards I texted Chris if he could send me steps for manual leveling if I happened to have future issues. He replied quickly and I was impressed. Chris is a responsible person and I would definitely recommend his service if in his area near Kinder Louisiana. FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!!

I did a rma with oracle to replace 1 rock light and they sent me a 4 piece. B and m shorted out more less and pretty much said oracle lights or too powerful but then they also said oracle lights are trash. I am here now at oracle in Metairie and I am having to pay for new rock lights and new controllers that were damaged by b and m. Save yourself a lot of headache and money and don't do busy with b and m. Update, I am being charged $783.55 more at Oracle because B and M cut all the connectors off of all my oracle products and the bc1 controllers so all the controllers have to be replaced and labor to get everything back to the way it was(half-ass job from b and m). I don't see how b and m can still be open and doing this poor quality work.
