I had to go back or call three times before he gave me an estimate. I felt the estimate was much too high. He told me they had already washed the rv. I told him to only to do the washing, waxing and detailing. When I picked it up the wash job was good, but the wax job was bad and they had not detailed the outside at all. The windows were all streaked and the wheels dirty. When I brought this up to them Rick told me detailing was not Included. The written estimate in his handwriting does include detailing. In my opinion Rick is not honest and should not be taken at his word. A terrible experience. Total price was above estimate.

" here is the model I want, I'm comparing prices and getting three quotes. Please give me your best price." The closest dealership (who I was hoping to do business with) gave me their price which turned out to be over $1000 more then the quote I got from Gauthiers. Sice they are close to my home I told them they were really high and to please sharpen their pencil. They took another $250 off and said that any lower they would lose money which is BS. The second dealer quoted me MSRP and said if I gave them a $500 non refundable deposit and bring in my lowest quote they would beat it. Really! I'm not playing those games. Bottom line, don't waste your time, call Gauthier's first and take the drive. With three dealers within 30 to 60 minutes of my house I chose to drive two hours to deal with Gauthier's. So far it's been a pleasure. Can't wait to pick up our new Rockwood tomorrow. Don't shop for your RV in the Berryland while whistling Dixie with your Dad and Paw Paw. Go to Gauthier's first.
