Bought the Rain X which was right at the front of the store. But when we cashed out I said, I've never used the spray before, do you have the smaller bottle that squirts out, not a spray. He said, oh that's in a different area. They have Rain X in 2 different areas. We drove back to the gas station to use the roof top over the pumps so we could apply the Rain X on a dry windshield. Shielding is from the rain as we applied it. After we did that we were back on the road. Which we were thankful for. It did rain a few other times as well, and the Rain X really did help. Highly recommend Rain X for a safer drive in the rain. And grateful O'Reily's was there when we needed them.

The guy (didn't catch his name) was very nice and told me yeah bad battery....told me let's see if the battery is here in stock...but once he looked at the battery and the way it was positioned he didn't want to break anything trying to get it out to change So here comes Superstar Eddie....was able to get to the battery but one of the connectors had a lot of corrosion on it and he didn't want to break the connector So I had to go to a mechanic which was the third place I found that actually switched it out for me and only charged me $50 without breaking the connector All and all Eddie from autozone was very good and welcoming and explained what was going on and why he didn't want to try....and that what I like explanation so I can understand better

Thank you Interstate battery for NOT taking care of your customers. ***Original Review*** We have always used Interstate Batteries, but our recent experience has been very disappointing. Around Christmas, my husband started having issues with the radio in his Ford truck. We tested the battery at home, and it showed zero voltage. He took it to Interstate to have them test it, and they told him the battery was fine. After continuing to have problems, we took the truck to the Ford Motor Company dealership, and they informed us the issue was the battery. We called Interstate again, and the person my husband spoke with was extremely rude and not helpful at all. We have now had the battery tested twice showing that it's not working properly, yet Interstate continues to say it passes. It's very frustrating when a company stands behind a product that is clearly failing and offers no support to resolve the issue. Based on this experience, we would not recommend using Interstate. Customer service and product reliability matter, and unfortunately, this situation fell short on both.

They told me I needed a new strut, a control arm, a cv joint and a swaybar....cost $4000. The lady I spoke to said the strut cost $950 just for the part. I said I looked up the part myself....cost $150-250. My friend took my suv to a different mechanic. This person said all Ibneednis a strut and the cost installed was $600. BIG DIFFERENCE! I will never go back to this place....not even for an oil change. I hate to say that they were ripping me off because I am a woman.....but, they were ripping me off no matter what the reason.​​

I took it to another mechanic who charged me $300 just for labor and I brought in the part, which was still a lot less than $1,400. They must have overhead charges, to each their own, I'm sure they do great services, but there are other mechanics who do great services without the overhead charges.
