The wait time outside was extremely long and we weren't let in until about 6:15pm, which seemed late. Once we were in, the merch lines had super long lines as well so we bypassed those to get some refreshments. We found our seats and waited to enjoy the show. The group came out and it was fantastic! The only zonk would be the seats were pretty close together so you didn't have too much dance space without bumping a neighbor. Other than that the vibe was electric! A smaller, intimate space means all 6,000 of us are in it together to vibe with the group! We were sitting in the 3rd tier but it was a great show regardless. There were two small screens on either side, but we had a good view of the stage. The group can out to the audience a few times, the huge screens behind the stage made the show visually appealing. Cortis is amazing! Can't wait to see them in a bigger venue! We would definitely see another group at the YouTube Theater!

One of the security guards took a photo for me when I asked. The areas were spacious. There were plenty of bathrooms. There were food trucks outside. I liked that merchandise was also sold outside. The acoustics inside were good. The theater is modern with a lot of glass walls in the hallway areas. There are several concession stands and a lot of workers. The bad: The parking I got was listed as "You Tube theater parking" but was extremely far away. That's not Youtube Theater's fault but I do think parking is tricky. It was a little tricky to see the letters for rows for seats during the dark and I thought there'd be attendants at each door entryway but there was not so I had to ask a few people inside and go in and out a few times to confirm where my seat was. The interesting: The main entrance was closed for my event so I had to go to entry #10. The security line went quickly and the lady scanning my ticket was cheerful and nice.

WENT ON A GAME DAY -- awesome theater with a full bar and dining area . dropped my uncles off at a…read morefootball game at sofi and went to the movies right next to the stadium was so nice. parking is $100 for those going to the stadium but for me it was only $10, i stayed there for 4 hours. ordered the chicken wings before the movie in the dining room and they were great. went into our theater 25 mins before our movie started and ordered the bottomless regular popcorn and a brownie sunday. came out right away and both were so delicious. the service comes directly to your seat. seats were so comfy and reclined. outside of the theater they were playing the game and had a full bar that was very nice. there is not anything else at this new center yet besides the theater and bar but there is a whole shopping center across the street. the only thing that was not great was existing the parking, the street attendants for sofi are a little rude and expect people to figure it out themselves with the cones and craziness after the game.

On top of all that, this brand new theater in Inglewood that just opened in 2021 has the worst looking armrests on their reclining seats in the IMAX theater number 1. Technical issues should've been announced before hand and the movie should've at least been rewound to the beginning. Tickets are not as affordable as they were and when you're spending $25+ per ticket, all one asks is to at least get what they pay for. However, the rate here is slightly higher than other Supercharger stations so that may be why. The area is well lit in the evening and I've seen security patrol around the hotel. I reached out to them at 9:17am. A few minutes later, I received an admittedly pleasant call from someone on their team based in California. We then proceeded to text from there, at which point I gave him my address and paid $130 to begin the service. At 10:41am, I asked for an update. At 12:57pm, I received a response asking if they could come sometime after 4pm. I agreed, and he said he would have an exact ETA for me soon. At 5:06pm, I asked for an update -- I got no response. At 6:57pm, I asked for another update. The exact response I got was: "im sorry lets please do tomorrow." I was annoyed, but I also understood that bad weather had hit my city that day, so slowdowns might be expected. I immediately responded and told them we need to schedule an exact window for my services to begin the next day. No response. At 8:11pm, he ignored my previous text and instead informed me that a driver could show up in "in 30 min." Given that I was told over an hour ago that they could not show up until tomorrow (to say nothing of the fact that 1) I didn't believe him, given our previous interactions, and 2) it would be almost 9pm by the time someone would allegedly show up), I told him that would not work for me, and that we needed to determine a window for service the next day. I offered any time between 8:30am - 11:30am. The only response I received to that text was "Ohhhh" So then I followed up again: "When in that window works?" The response I received was "Let me ask you do you need your 12v replaced?" No. I do not. At no point in our 12-hour call/text string did I ever say I needed my 12V replaced. I explained that, and this individual simply gave the message a thumbs-up in response, and continued refusing to commit to a service window. The next day, I reached out at 8:30am, asking where they were. No response. At 10:10am (more than 24 hours after this whole process began), I informed them that I would be cancelling my service and expecting a refund. Given that I was now fully convinced they were trying to scam me, I told them I needed proof of a refund initiation within the next 2 hours, otherwise I would file a chargeback as well as lodge a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I received my refund at 10:37am. The representative, when showing me proof of the refund, told me that they "had a driver that was gearing up to get ready, but there you go." Had there been clearer lines of communication, plans that didn't change, and commitments provided, I could have looked past almost all of the above. But the lack of responses/responses that didn't actually reply to the questions I asked, combined with an ever-shifting window for service that ultimately culminated in an over 24-hour-long wait for nothing, was just too ridiculous.
