Their service was great and all the staff were friendly, if you needed help with anything or finding your seat there was someone always there. They had a food truck vendor outside that has Oaxacan food and also had food inside and it looked really good and fresh. The venue inside was very classy and loved the section we sat we could see well and enjoyed the music and show. Can't wait to be back to catch other concerts I def prefer this location than bigger venues. Loud music bumping but it wasn't disturbing. Eventually made it inside. It's very spacious. Another bar located inside. A lot of TVs and chairs. A great hangout spot for drinks and to watch some sports. Great service at the bar. Both bartenders were real cool. And the drinks were about average price for a bar with no happy hour. Paid $33 or $34 including $2 tip for a Cinépolis Old Fashioned and Mango Rita. Couldn't take pics of the room cuz they collected our phones before going inside. However, it's big with a lot of comfortable seats. And it was clean. There was popcorn already placed at every seat for the guest. There could've been better communication regarding the reserved seats. Whereas just about every seat had a sign reading "reserved". Parking is free for the first 3 hrs with validation. There are 2 machines available from what I saw. One near the front desk and entering. Then another near the bar. Parking was free for the first 3 hrs.

The night started off great, but quickly went downhill as soon as we walked in the door. 2 of the ticketing machines were inoperable. But, I was able to figure it out. So, no big deal. Once we got inside the actual theater, the floor was sticky and the entire room didn't seem like it was cleaned that day. There was trash on the floor, my seat didn't fully recline, and much of the leather was pealed off on the seat. On top of that, the restrooms were just as unkempt, my reward for signing up for their membership club was unavailable, and my partner's drink was totally forgotten with the delivery of their food. I tried fixing it by looking on their website, QR code on the tray... something. But, couldn't find a reasonable way to contact anyone without leaving the theater and missing the movie. My partner also brought up a very valid point of the popcorn being served in metal bowls, that might share the same hygiene habits as the floors and seats. To which, I could neither argue nor defend, because at that point anything is possible. Overall, I felt embarrassed for suggesting we go here and always giving rave reviews, as our experience turned out to be terrible. Thankfully I have an understanding partner, or this would totally not be OK.

If you're considering using Beecharged EV to get some charge on your car, don't. Just get a tow. A…read moreminute-by-minute recounting of my awful experience is below. I reached out to them at 9:17am. A few minutes later, I received an admittedly pleasant call from someone on their team based in California. We then proceeded to text from there, at which point I gave him my address and paid $130 to begin the service. At 10:41am, I asked for an update. At 12:57pm, I received a response asking if they could come sometime after 4pm. I agreed, and he said he would have an exact ETA for me soon. At 5:06pm, I asked for an update -- I got no response. At 6:57pm, I asked for another update. The exact response I got was: "im sorry lets please do tomorrow." I was annoyed, but I also understood that bad weather had hit my city that day, so slowdowns might be expected. I immediately responded and told them we need to schedule an exact window for my services to begin the next day. No response. At 8:11pm, he ignored my previous text and instead informed me that a driver could show up in "in 30 min." Given that I was told over an hour ago that they could not show up until tomorrow (to say nothing of the fact that 1) I didn't believe him, given our previous interactions, and 2) it would be almost 9pm by the time someone would allegedly show up), I told him that would not work for me, and that we needed to determine a window for service the next day. I offered any time between 8:30am - 11:30am. The only response I received to that text was "Ohhhh" So then I followed up again: "When in that window works?" The response I received was "Let me ask you do you need your 12v replaced?" No. I do not. At no point in our 12-hour call/text string did I ever say I needed my 12V replaced. I explained that, and this individual simply gave the message a thumbs-up in response, and continued refusing to commit to a service window. The next day, I reached out at 8:30am, asking where they were. No response. At 10:10am (more than 24 hours after this whole process began), I informed them that I would be cancelling my service and expecting a refund. Given that I was now fully convinced they were trying to scam me, I told them I needed proof of a refund initiation within the next 2 hours, otherwise I would file a chargeback as well as lodge a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I received my refund at 10:37am. The representative, when showing me proof of the refund, told me that they "had a driver that was gearing up to get ready, but there you go." Had there been clearer lines of communication, plans that didn't change, and commitments provided, I could have looked past almost all of the above. But the lack of responses/responses that didn't actually reply to the questions I asked, combined with an ever-shifting window for service that ultimately culminated in an over 24-hour-long wait for nothing, was just too ridiculous.

Eduardo, the owner, came to our first meeting on time, with a design sketch of the stretch ceiling and lighting options, as well as suggestions as to what we would need to do to properly prepare the space for his team. Over the next few weeks, whenever he said they would be coming by to check in after each phase of construction, he arrived on time, as he promised he would. He took measurements, took detailed notes and had feedback for me on the installation process and what to expect so that I could properly prep the space and inform my clients. Everytime the Blueprint team showed up, they looked professional in their uniforms, their trucks and vans were clean, and they always protected the space with drop cloths and floor protection. We hit a small snag with the installation and Eduardo took the necessary steps to ensure the installation was done on time, with quality and longevity in mind. The whole process was fantastic from start to finish. There was excellent communication, a camaraderie and teamwork attitude among the crew, and a professionalism that I rarely see as a contractor. I can't recommend Blueprint Electric enough. And the best part is that the end result was flawless. My clients are so thrilled with the result.
