The NY steak that they served for dinner was more on the rare side. I do not mind it but maybe cook it just a little bit longer. We had to improvise on seasoning it too. Like what I would always say "its better under seasoned that over seasoned" as you cant do much if the food is too salty. Del Amo Mall is a favorite for its size and variety of stores, but it's been a good while since our…read morelast visit. We returned to dine at Din Tai Fung with our niece and her husband. We parked on the side between Barnes & Noble and North Italia. As we came through the mall entrance we were surprised to see a Pop Mart pop-up, which was larger than some stores in other malls. The permanent store is still under construction, so we assumed this was a preview for Pop Mart fans like our daughter. We didn't have time to walk the entire mall after dinner, but the parts we did see were redone to be modern and bright with comfortable seating throughout. Many of the stores now have larger floor plans. There are also much more dining and snack options. We hope to see the rest of it the next time we visit our niece.

I am beyond frustrated with Electrify America. This is not a one-time issue. Every time I use this…read morestation, the app fails and I have to call customer service to remotely start the charger. When you're traveling with family and relying on your EV to get home, that's unacceptable. Today I arrived with limited range remaining and over 100 miles still to drive. Instead of plugging in and charging, I had to go through the same routine of contacting support because the app would not work. The charger eventually started, but customers should not have to call customer service every time they need to charge. EV charging infrastructure is supposed to be reliable. If a station repeatedly requires remote intervention to function, it is not reliable. Electrify America needs to fix the app, fix the station, or both. Until then, drivers should have a backup plan before depending ANY location

It is now been down for over 10 days and when calling to find out when it would be up and running, I was told we have no idea. Many of the car companies have arrangements with electrify America and provide free charging as part of the purchase arrangement. If we can't charge at the station, we should be reimbursed.
