Every charge at this location (adjacent to PV library) has been without an issue. It all depends on timing.

I always love it here. Such a beautiful scenic place. Awesome service in every way. Could not ask…read morefor anything more

I have been here a couple of times for the day, spa services, restaurants, hikes, etc. This time we…read morestayed at the hotel for three nights and what a wonderful experience. I usually always book hotels directly, but took a chance and advantage of a Travel Zoo offer. I worried that perhaps we would get a subpar room since we did not book directly. Quite the opposite. Terranea reaches out in advance via email for any preferences etc. We were booked for a king ocean view room and I asked for an upper floor if possible. The parking valet was very friendly and explained we had to valet when staying at the hotel. They do have a daily valet and resort fee. Our check-in was easy. We were given a top floor in our building with a great view of the ocean and Vista Pool. The room and bathroom were so clean. The furniture in the room and on the patio were stylish and comfortable. The bed was a bit soft for us but we did fine for three nights. I will post pictures of the room and view. I did have to call down to the front desk as our bags were not delivered, but they immediately brought them up to us. I have given reviews for Bashi and Nelson's (loved them both). I made all our dinner reservations the week before arriving knowing we could cancel them if we wanted to do something else. We did not eat at the Catalina Kitchen, but all of our room service food and pool food was prepared by Catalina Kitchen. All of those meals were fresh, flavorful and well presented. I have included pictures. Room service and housekeeping services were great. Everyone was over the top friendly and welcoming. We also booked a golf lesson which was amazing and I wrote a review for the Links. We did not use the spa on this trip. We have booked the spa for treatments and day visits in the past. After dinner, we went to the Lobby Lounge for live music and drinks. The male bartender was probably the only negative interaction I had from the many many resort staff members I interacted with. He also appeared not to get along well with the lounge servers. Not sure what that was about. In any case, the live music was very enjoyable and the lobby lounge is very comfortable. We met some nice people during our stay. We will most definitely be back!

This company is pathetic. I have used them occasionally with success, but no matter what, they…read moreseem to regress. For example we use a station 1/2 mile away. They were older chargers, but occasionally fast charged (but NEVER the 350 KW advertised). One month ago they replaced all 3 chargers with new "state-of-the-art" chargers. It took them a month. One of the three has been out of commission continuously, and the remaining 2 are much slower than the old ones. Plus somehow all the informative data notices from before are no more. Of course the station is not maintained, now with ice caked all around making it dangerous for my 75 year old self; I pulled a hamstring last time there. Surprise . . it snows in New England! Of course Hyundai is complicit with their 2 years of free "fast charging". That's a lie. You get 30 minutes free charging; so now the first 30 minutes are very slow, and I don't think it's a coincidence. Then $.56/KW. What a racket! Should not be a surprise from the company that cheated on its mileage efficiency (VW). I noticed that Hyundai has now cancelled their free charging deal with EA, and offers free home chargers.

I am beyond frustrated with Electrify America. This is not a one-time issue. Every time I use this…read morestation, the app fails and I have to call customer service to remotely start the charger. When you're traveling with family and relying on your EV to get home, that's unacceptable. Today I arrived with limited range remaining and over 100 miles still to drive. Instead of plugging in and charging, I had to go through the same routine of contacting support because the app would not work. The charger eventually started, but customers should not have to call customer service every time they need to charge. EV charging infrastructure is supposed to be reliable. If a station repeatedly requires remote intervention to function, it is not reliable. Electrify America needs to fix the app, fix the station, or both. Until then, drivers should have a backup plan before depending ANY location
