An amazing young man called us right back and figured out our situation. He came as quickly as he could which was not easy as there are very few turn arounds on AA. With the help of the Road Ranger ( who was also incredibly helpful), he took the tire off, switched tires for us to safety drive to the tire shop where he finished the job. There were 2 young ladies behind the counter who were very nice and helpful, and there was a mundane bald headed man who was the estimator, he offered no help no guidance and only went by my untrained knowledge to figure out what I may need for a car I'll be driving up north next week. When I came to pick up the car he said it was out side, I went out and didn't see it so I went back in and he asked me if I looked across the street , so I went and looked across the street, came back and still didn't see it. So I went back in and he informed me there were 26 spaces toward the back of the building. So I went back out and walked to the back of the 5 bay building "not there" on my way back I spotted it in a bay inside,so on my way back to the office he came out and signaled to me what's going on and I replied "its in the guarage bay" to which he yelled back "what's it doing in there" and I replied "I don't know I don't work here".
